Great location for amenities and when visiting family in Carrara for our needs

Location and easy access

Cons:

Directions were incorrect to find our room and because it was raining we were going out and in until we finally located it no where near where we were directed

Best off staying somewhere else

Honestly there was not 1 good thing to say

Cons:

On arrival the underneath carpark was disgusting dirty like a dungeon & a drunk asleep on the ground at 2pm in the afternoon,the TV didn't work so we moved next door.we have stayed a couple of times Xmas was the last time it seems like in this last few months really gone down hill, food was crap will not be staying there again when visiting family

Cons:

homeless person in carpark, at 4pm in afternoon sleeping, quite unsettling for me and my children, no staff at reception when arrived, did not answer phone. Had to go to bar to find anyone, then told to wait until they could come down as they were short staffed.
