great location, clean room, but has issues with external lighting shining in room.
Pros:

Location was good and it was quiet

Cons:

The lights outside the door lit up the room like daylight with no ability to cover the above door window. This made sleeping difficult and really detracted from our stay.

Beautiful view, right next door to the Tavern and shopping centre. Nice meal at the Tavern

No tissues in the room. Or plates or microwave, so unable to warm up danish's for breakfast

Pros:

The room, beds and bathroom were great. Overall, was great value for money for a nights stay for 3.

Cons:

One of the shower taps was broken and the water temperature was a bit hard to figure out. The balcony also wasn’t cleaned - table was dirty and there was a cigarette butt left on it.

Booked balcony family room and was excellent. Peaceful on the river. Clean and comfortable beds. Good wifi with work desk. Located right next to shopping centre. Received couple drink vouchers which was appreciated. Good pub food available.
