Horrible service
Pros:

The Staff and management was horrible they chansed us off the compound me my family, and my little baby on upon checking out as we were waiting for our taxi among other things we did not like about there service.

Fijne locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is top!
Ruime kamer en goede airco + ventilator.
Koelkastje op kamer is ook fijn.

Cons:

Het zwembad was niet beschikbaar net toen wij er waren. Het is natuur water en werd net die dagen dat wij er waren ververst.

Inchecken kan echt niet ná 19.00 uur!!
Dat staat ook in de tijden, maar vaak denk je misschien; dat loopt wel los.
Onze boot vanuit Chetumal had vertraging en het werd erg krap.
En we kregen te horen (via WhatsApp), dat als we later zouden zijn we er niet meer in zouden kunnen checken. Nu hebben we het net gered op een kwartiertje, maar anders hadden we in theorie op het strand geslapen met het gezin Had ook bijzonder geweest, maar zou toch niet moeten kunnen gezien de boottijden etc..🤔

Great staff, clean rooms with great a/c right across the beach! Walk everywhere with ease on Caye Caulker.
Pros:

It is in center of town, 5-10 mins walking from express ferries, sports bars, tarpin feeding site, scuba dive shops and many restaurants, bakery and minimarts. It also has its own beach with lounge chairs and pier and free kayak and paddle boards for guests to use along with free coffee, tea and water. The rooms and site is better than pictures and across our room 4 was a large lanai where you can enjoy daily sunrises and strong ocean breeze while watching the palm trees sway.

Cons:

Not all rooms are the same. We are family of 4 and room 4 on the second floor was the best option for us.

This hotel was a great location with excellent proximity to shopping, food, excursions,,  and The Split.
Pros:

The location and the pool were great. Room size was nice for the price.

Cons:

There is no lift/elevator. Beds are not comfortable unless you like extremely firm. Windows opened to the stairs, where passerby could look directly into the room. Every room does not have a decent view. My balcony looked out to the roofs and yards of neighboring houses.

Good location and friendly staff! Close to markets, restaurants, and other shopping. Multiple restaurants nearby as well as 2 banks just in case. The front desk staff was very helpful with reservations before and after arrival!!!

海が目の前の、のんびりした田舎のリゾート泊
Pros:

海辺の町の中で、レストランやお店がたくさんあり、便利でした。プールがあり、のんびりすることも可能でした。
レセプションは親切で、朝コーヒーがもらえるのはとても良かった。

Cons:

海で遊んだ後は、水着など洗って干すものがたくさんあるのに、干せる場所が少なく困りました。海から帰って、部屋の床が濡れると、床が滑って危ない思いをしました。

Pretty bad!
Pros:

It was close to the dock.

Cons:

Pool was out of action for 2/3 of our stay. On arrival the water was bright yellow.

Water in the room cut out totally on multiple occasions, I'm talking you couldn't even flush the toilet.

Never once saw the fire pit alight.

Beds were rock solid.

Our balcony had a waist height gate between it and the stairs in the block, given the property gates on the roadside were unlocked 24/7 it did not feel secure.

I don't feel it was worth the cost at all.
