お部屋が快適です。
Pros:

リノベーションされているのかお部屋の内装は綺麗でした。
コンパクトですが配置が良くて使いやすかったです。
1階のドリンクが沢山あって楽しめました。
温泉施設に直結していて楽しめました。
フロントの方も丁寧で心地よかったです。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

室内のシャワーヘッドに髪の毛がついていたり、浴槽が汚れていたりして掃除されているのかな？と思ってしまいました。
大浴場の床は髪の毛やピンクの水垢が目立ち楽しみにしていた温泉施設直結でしたが耐えられず、、、。昔からある温泉施設のようですし広いので管理も大変だとは思うのですがお掃除行き届くといいなぁと思いました。

Cons:

部屋は少し狭めですが、ホテル全体の雰囲気は落ち着いていて、スパでゆっくり過ごしたい方には良いと思います。
ただ、私はタトゥーがあるため、大浴場（温泉）を利用することができませんでした。それ自体はホテルのルールなので理解しています。
しかし、一番残念だったのはスタッフの対応です。廊下やロビー、レストランなどの共有スペースを歩くたびに、スタッフから冷たい視線で見られているように感じ、とても居心地が悪かったです。
外国人だったからなのか、タトゥーがあったからなのか、あるいはその両方だったのかは分かりませんが、歓迎されていないように感じました。
そのため、外国人の方にはあまりおすすめできるホテルではありません。とても残念な滞在でした。
