נהנינו מאוד. בסך הכל, חווית אירוח מצוינת.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מעולה, מגוונת מאוד וטעימה. מיקום מצוין, מחוץ לעיירה הסמוכה, שקט, נוף מדהים, חניה. שירות מעולה !!

Cons:

רצפת חדר האמבטיה נרטבת כי מים זולגים מדלת המקלחון.
מיזוג לא הופעל כי עדיין לא עברו לתכנית קיץ.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The property was beautiful , and the views were beautiful. The room was great. The spa was wonderful! The breakfast was delightful. Most of the staff was great.

Cons:

The choices for dinner were very limited. The prices were extremely high. And although the location was beautiful it was difficult to get anywhere. The bathroom easily flooded from the shower. The trash can in the toilet is very small, smelly and unsanitary.

Pros:

Views, services (staff were excellent), concierge (Tilos was fantastic, great suggestions etc). The bar was vg.

מלון ספא מהמם!!! נמצא לבד על הר ומשקיף אל נוף מדהים של העירה מצבו. אווירה רגועה מיד כשנכנסים למלון. יש בריכה וג'קוזי פתוחים לשימוש בשעות הערב, גם באווירה מרגיעה ונעימה. החדר ממש גדול ועם מרפסת אל הנוף המהמם!!! אם אתם מטיילים באזור ממליצה.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Mr. Tolis, who was extremely kind and professional. Also the young man working at the bar in the evening was also very polite and helpful, and he made amazing cocktails. The location is also stunning and truly beautiful. Their hospitality really made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The room did not have good sound insulation, and we could hear noise and water from other rooms. We also found an insect in the room. Additionally, it was quite tiring to have to use three different elevators to reach our room. The room itself was large and comfortable, but overall it was nothing particularly special.

המלון מדהים, המיקום והנוף עוצר נשימה. קבלת הפנים הלבבית של מיכאל שמדבר אנגלית עברית ורוסית הייתה חמה, מסבירת פנים ושירותים. הבריכה הפנימית המחוממת והג׳קוזי שוריינו עבורנו לשחייה פרטית של שעה. חדר הכושר גדול ומלא במכשירים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאד עם ירקות פירות סוגים שונים של מאפים, חביתות מיוחדות ושתייה מסוגים שונים. החדר היה ענק עם נוף להרים המושלגים מהמרפסת הגדולה. בחדר המתינו לנו חלוקים מפנקים כפכפי בד שמיכות צמר להתכרבלות במרפסת, מכונת קפה וקומקום עם תה וקפסולות קפה. החדר והמלון נקיים מאד. הזמנו את החדר שעה לפני שהגענו וקיבלנו שדרוג לחדר עם נוף להרים. הכל היה פשוט מושלם.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel
Pros:

The views are absolutely beautiful. The staff are so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view over Metsovo. We visited Meteora, the Zagori stone villages, beautiful lakes and forests. An amazing stay.

Cons:

We loved the hotel. You need to remember to book the pool and jacuzzi and then you have them for yourself. A few areas needed some work but the beauty and people made up for this.

Pros:

צוות מקסים. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת.
חדרי גן חסומים ע"י המבנה הקדמי, ואין נוף כמעט בכלל.
ביקשנו ביום הראשון לעבור לחדר עם נוף, נאמר לנו שהמלון מלא (לא ברור כי בארוחת הבוקר היינו כמעט לבד...). למחרת הצוות היה יותר קואופרטיבי והציע חלופות טובות יותר, חבל שלא עשו זאת קודם.

בריכה לא מספיק חמה.
