Lovely cosy forest stay with an amazing view of metsovo. So glad to have stayed here!
Pros:

The entrance was amazing. The food and cocktails were lovely.
Spa was decent but could do with little upgrade.
The wee shop was great for gifts!

Cons:

The outdoor pool was dirty when we arrived so we never got in it.
Some tiles coming off the inside pool area.

מיקום יפיפה, מלון מקסים, מפנק, נקי ונוח ארוחת בוקר מעולה. צוות נעים ורובו משתדל מאד

במשך שני לילות היה רעש בלילה. בלילה הראשון העניין טופל.בלילה השני נערכה מסיבה ב 2 לפנות בוקר באחד החדרים מבלי שהצוות טיפל בבעיה למרות שהיה מודע לרעש

La vue et le personnel sont super

Cons:

Pour un 5 étoiles ,on s'attend à une cuisine plus travailler .
Domage que la piscine intérieur ne sois pas en accès libre (systeme de privatisation jusqu'à 18h)
Les verres utiliser au niveau du bar sont en mauvais état( trace de calcaire et rayure )
La porte des WC ne tien pas fermés
La baignoire et le meuble vasque n'était pas propre

The hotel fills like living in a high humid air. Serauded with bed smell. The retaurant is highly expenciv and yet. not so eatable.

Tranquillité
Chambre spacieuse et confortable
Personnel très attentionné

Cons:

Horaires strictes de la piscine intérieure. Il faut réserver en avance des slots de 30 minutes.
Piscine extérieure très froide ( max 20 degrés)
Sauna et hammam payants ( 25 euros par personne pour 30 minutes)
Les parties communes ne sont pas très bien entretenues ( l’accès à l’extérieur depuis la piscine intérieure est assez délabré)
