Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Due to a renovation from 31/07/2024 to 30/08/2024 the restaurant area will be closed. Please note, we will continue to serve only breakfast.

Only 1 dog per room weighing up to 15 kg is allowed, upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card. An additional fee will be charged. We do not accept wild animals.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is undergoing renovations to make our space more comfortable and beautiful. There may be noise at certain times of the day during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Localização, atendimento

Cons:

Por estar na categoria Styles, o Tamanho do quarto e disposição dos itens básicos de banheiro como a pia , não condizem. Por experiência em outras unidades na mesma categoria, esses itens se enquadraria na Budget.

Ótimo para viagens a trabalho!
Pros:

O hotel oferece bastante conforto para o hóspede que viaja a trabalho: jantar até as 22h, máquinas de lavar e secar, bar do hotel 24hrs

Sensacional! Superou todas as expectativas e o padrão Ibis que já me hospedei antes....
Pros:

Nunca fiquei em um IBIS tão bom, sério, fiquei impressionada! Desde a limpeza, estética, quartos, café da manhã e principalmente o atendimento.
Tive um problema de saúde e eles foram extremamente empaticos e solicitos.
O café da manhã é muito bom e eu recomendo muito a hospedagem.

Pros:

Durante a reserva dizia que aceitava todas as formas de pagamentos .. No hotel você chega ( a recepcionista sem vontade nenhuma de atender só informa que crédito em apenas uma vez) mal olha na sua cura, não deu informação nenhuma de horários e funcionamento das instalações do hotel, solicitei um quarto em andar alto, recebi no segundo andar. Única coisa boa, foi a simpatia das meninas no café da manhã e do lucas da recepção( que esse sim, sabe lidar com atendimento).

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção durante a chegada, não ter tido pedido de andar alto atendido.
