Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Due to a renovation from 31/07/2024 to 30/08/2024 the restaurant area will be closed. Please note, we will continue to serve only breakfast.

Only 1 dog per room weighing up to 15 kg is allowed, upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card. An additional fee will be charged. We do not accept wild animals.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is undergoing renovations to make our space more comfortable and beautiful. There may be noise at certain times of the day during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

O café da manhã era excelente, com boa variedade e qualidade, e a localização do hotel também se mostrou muito conveniente.

Cons:

Embora eu já tenha me hospedado em outras unidades do Ibis, o principal ponto negativo foi o tamanho reduzido do banheiro. Mais incômodo ainda é o fato de a pia ficar fora dele, pois a água acaba molhando o piso do quarto.

Hotel placé dans un quartier agréable avec restaurants. Chambre exiguë mais confortable.

Cons:

Rigidité du personnel sur l'heure d'entrée dans la chambre, trop tardive (15h), celui-ci a attendu 15h pile pour nous remettre les clés, alors que partout ailleurs au Brésil, le personnel a fait le nécessaire dès que possible.
