Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer groß genug, Balkon auch gemütlich, sehr sauber und gepflegt

Cons:

Dass ich für den Parkplatz 3€ zahlen musste! Da geht es nicht um 3€, aber ich war schon zig-mal in Altenmarkt und auch früher in diesem Haus...habe in diesem wunderschönen Ort noch NIE fürs parken bezahlt! Das passt gar nicht! (stand zwar angeblich eh irgendwo klein beim Buchen, aber trotzdem vom Prinzip her nicht ok!)

Für den kleinen Geldbeutel empfehlenswert

Zentrale Lage, nur ca. 5 Minuten von der Therme Amade entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und köstlich.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft um die Mittagszeit wollten wir einchecken und den Zimmerschlüssel gleich mitnehmen, da wir anschließend den restlichen Tag in der Therme Amade verbringen wollten. Wir wollten nicht ins Zimmer, sondern lediglich den Schlüssel. Dies wurde uns verwehrt mit der Begründung, dass der Check in erst ab 16.00 Uhr ist. Das Hotel war bei weitem nicht ausgebucht und unser Zimmer sicherlich schon längst fertig. Auch war es der Rezeptionistin E. nicht möglich uns eine Ermäßigung für die Therme Amade auszustellen. Sie sagte, sie schickt uns das per E-Mail. Am nächsten Tag fragte ich die gleiche Rezeptionistin E. wieder um die Ermäßigung. Auf einmal hatte sie die falsche E-mail Adresse abgespeichert. Sie schickte uns die Ermäßigung wieder, diesmal auf die richtige E-Mail Adresse. Wir sind mittlerweile wieder zu Hause und haben keine E-Mail bekommen. Anscheinend kann diese Rezeptionistin keine E-Mails verschicken. Am Abend des Check ins war Gott sei Dank ein sehr höflicher und netter Mann bei der Rezeption. Der Kellner beim Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett selbst eine Katastrophe, sprich eine komplett durchgelegene Matratze - für eine Nacht ging's gerade.
