La posizione e le piscine sia esterna che interna.

Cons:

L'accoglienza alla reception. Siamo arrivati io e la mia compagna con una bimba di 13 mesi alle 12.15 circa (era specificato che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 15) ma comunque abbiamo deciso di partire per tempo per evitare lunghe code durante il tragitto. Al nostro arrivo la receptionist ci aveva detto che avrebbe sollecitato la pulizia della stanza per potercela consegnare prima. (Cosa che tra l'altro secondo me non è mai stata fatta perche tutto il personale comprese le addette alla pulizia si chiedeva come mai non ci avessero dato la stanza vista la presenza di una neonata) Aspettiamo e aspettiamo senza chiedere nulla né disturbare nessuno. Alle 14.30 mi reco in reception (dopo che perfino la signora delle pulizie, persona tra l'altro estremamente educata e gentile, aveva fatto notare all'impiegata della struttura che la stanza era già pronta da tempo) per chiedere informazioni riguardo la possibilità di avere la stanza prima e sbuffando mi ha dato la chiave della stanza dicendomi che dovevo aspettare però la collega alle 15 perché lei aveva lavoro da fare altrimenti sarebbe andata a casa alle 20. Evidentemente non voleva perdere tempo prezioso prima della fine del suo turno.
Il giorno dopo però la stessa persona aveva accompagnato alle 11.40 circa una coppia alla loro stanza/suite per fare il check-in.
Andrebbe fatto notare alla persona in questione che i clienti sono tutti uguali, non vanno fatte distinzioni e se ha lavoro arretrato da fare le prossime volte dovrebbe organizzarsi al meglio per evitare di rischiare di "andare a casa alle 20" come da lei detto e soprattutto cosa di nessun interesse del cliente che paga per avere un servizio.
Ci tengo però a sottolineare che tutto il resto del personale invece è estremamente gentile ed educato.

Bravi, ma non si applicano al 100%
Pros:

Nel complesso c’è da dire che il soggiorno è stato positivo: camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, cibo ottimo.
L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere comodamente diverse attrazioni turistiche, sia a piedi che in auto, oltre a disporre di un ampio parcheggio (scoperto ma abbastanza ombreggiato).

Cons:

Due cose “negative”:

• ARIA CONDIZIONATA: per spegnerla bisogna chiamare giù in reception o impostarla a 26°C, ma anche così facendo continuava ad andare. Sarebbe stato meglio avere la possibilità di spegnerla e accenderla autonomamente in camera. Per “scaldarla” abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta la finestra.

• COLAZIONE: al nostro arrivo, il ragazzo del bistrot ci viene incontro dicendoci: “Chi ha la mezza pensione ha i tavoli fissi e la precedenza rispetto al B&B. Al mattino quando arrivate dovete aspettare e chiedere un tavolo per due, come chi arriva dall’esterno, e vediamo se c’è disponibilità”. Nonostante ci abbiano sempre trovato un tavolo (e apprezziamo), personalmente, trovo un po’ bruttina questa distinzione… come se ci fossero clienti di serie A e serie B.

Sistemati questi due aspetti, l’hotel sarebbe perfetto.
