Pros:

We liked the bar and gym.

Cons:

We did not love the staff. We felt they were not welcoming and overwhelmed with the amount of people there.
We also wished there were more toiletries included in the bathroom.

Pros:

Nice hótel, breakfast and very polite staff! We had our own private hot tub that we particularly enjoyed. Would recommend and stay again :)

Gute Lage. Unkompliziert.

Cons:

Preis für kleines Familienzimmer auch für isländische Verhältnisse doch relativ hoch. Zudem gross und viele Gäste. Wirkt etwas nach Massabfertigung. Insgesamt aber doch ok,

Það eiga ekki allir heima í móttökustarfi
Pros:

Herbergið var hreint og starfsfólk í morgunverð vingjarnlegt og með hlutina á hreinu.

Cons:

Hræðileg þjónusta í móttökunni hjá einum starfsmanni, leið eins og ég væri fyrir henni og hún hló þegar ég bað um decaf og gerði grín í andlitið á mér, mjög dónaleg. Algjör bare minimum þjónusta og oftast eins og gestir væru að trufla hana.

Wonderful stay, would recommend
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, we enjoyed the sauna and hot tubs and had the best dinners here both nights during our stay. The breakfast was also wonderful, the best hotel provided breakfast across multiple hotels we stayed at.

Pros:

Very nice and updated hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast. The bistro is also good!
We had a shower with a slow drain on check in, the staff relocated us to a new room promptly. It is a large hotel so expect tour bus groups, but this did not affect our opinion at all. Also nice attention to detail like a kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Many places we stayed did not offer this and it was appreciated!
