I like the location very much it's close to my mother's home but the pricing is way to high for the accomodations. It was clean but the floors have water damage and it tends to be dusty. The staff are very standoffish and kind of rude but for the most part it was a great stay. I helped a woman get her bags into her room and then she gave me wonderful food. That was the best part to me
Customer service skills are really not up to par and the maids are a lot more courteous than the office staff which u have to talk to on a kiosk most times

Clear that the cleaning staff did the best with what they had
Old falling apart. Room had obvious damage from age and previous guests. I booked a queen and the room had a full size bed. Also no human at check in. A virtual check in kiosk.
Nothing, horrible experience!
This was the worst experience ever. I've stayed he a couple of times in the past. I booked for my son and his family. They accommodated my request to change check in day and late check in. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were told the reservation was canceled because they didn't show up. They were notified multiple times they would be arriving late because it was a long drive from San Diego, they assured me it was not a problem. They were told they had a room available (the one they canceled) but it would be more money. At this point they don't have an option but to pay since it's the middle of the night and they have my 6 year old grandson. I called to speak to someone and was told it's their policy to cancel if they don't show, even when they had been notified they would arrive late. We called an hour or so before they arrived and they said not to worry. Which is why I don't understand why they would cancel without calling. They said they did but no calls were received. I mentioned we called minutes before they arrived but no one answered. Her response was she was busy checking walk in customers and couldn't answer. So she was too busy to answer and was with customer but had the time to cancel the reservation? The difference in cost was significant, $88. Unbelievable that we had to pay walk in price with an active reservation. The reservation was never cancelled on booking.com. At time of their arrival it continued to show confirmed. It now shows as completed, when it never was, never shows as cancelled. I have reached out to booking.com since dealing with mylo hotel directly was useless. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone to this place.

They never returned my deposit money, the truth is that it seems unethical to me on the part of the hotel, but anyway!
This place charged more than laquinta inn. No breakfast offered at mylo Inn. The microwave in my room was broken and blowed sparks when I tried to heat up my coffee. Also the ai computer that took my deposit charged me 2 times for my deposit. Overall I was very disappointed with this place.
