I requested for early check in at 12nn- we were allowed 🥰

I had no concrete plans on my birthday. And in an impulse, I messaged my friend, Nikki, that I am going to book a room in Citadines Makati on the spot. I said I will be celebrating my birthday there with my daughter.
It was my first time experiencing the place, it was so nice and clean. Nikki even arranged a surprise birthday cake and song for me together with the other staff, Ramon, Daryl, Stephanie, Rase & Rick. Thanks to all of you!
Everything that you need is readily available in the room. Food in the restaurant are clean, fresh, and sumptuous. It was my first time experiencing a hybrid breakfast option.
All of the hotel staff that I encountered are friendly and accommodating.

I had wonderful stay at this hotel, The staff were all incredibly accomodating, kind and friendly. The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious and every dish is prepared with great care.
Special thanks to the desk staff- Einee, Christian, Jillian and Ricky, the restaurant manager Sir Elly and the housekeeping staff, especially Tine and J.M; the waitresses especially Gwen, Cherry, Badeth, Aubrey, Mark and Lyn; for their execellent service; the gym attendants, Aiza and Roy for being so helpful and encouraging; and the security guards, especially Meljo, for always being courteous and welcoming.

Citadines Salcedo is my home in the middle of the urban jungle that is Makati. The staff were warm and very hospitable. though the amenity floor is under renovation, they gladly endorsed me to the nearby Somerset Valero where I swam to my heart's delight. Great buffet breakfast which I really enjoyed-- their coffee and omelette are definitely top tier 💯
The room (studio) was spacious and clean-- I slept very well! Moreover the view of the greeneries of Salcedo Park is a wonderful bonus from my window💚💚💚 I I had great stay and definitely giving it a perfect 10!!!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Citadines Salcedo Makati. From the moment you enter the hotel, you already feel welcomed. A special mention to Meljo who is also a bisaya ,very friendly, who greeted and assisted guests with such a cheerful and positive attitude. His warm welcome truly made a great first impression.

The frontliners were very respectful, accommodating, and professional. The kitchen staff were also excellent, and I really appreciated the 😄hybrid breakfast experience 😄 being able to order dishes for dine-in or take-out while also enjoying the buffet selection. It was both convenient and enjoyable.

One of the things that made my stay even more memorable was the service from one of the waiters—I believe his name might be ‘Jerry’’, or perhaps I may have remembered it incorrectly. I only remember that he was from Ilo - ilo. His warm smile and genuine way of serving made a lasting impression on me. I hope the hotel management recognizes his excellent service and considers him for greater opportunities. When I return, I will definitely make sure to get his name correctly!

The housekeeping team was also respectful and did an excellent job. Overall, every staff member I encountered seemed to be doing their best to provide excellent service.

Citadines Salcedo Makati gave me more than just a comfortable place to stay—it gave me a memorable experience because of the people who genuinely care about their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back to the same hotel on my next visit to Makati. ❤️✨

Very clean and convenient hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Particularly Russ and Kokow, who helped me with lots of recommendations.

Always a pleasant stay here. And they are very accommodating. And the location is unbeatable, if you choose to stay in the salcedo village area.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and has everything a traveler needs for a comfortable stay.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Every morning they would check on me, asking if I needed laundry service, housekeeping, or any other assistance. They were always ready to help with everything—from carrying my luggage upstairs, assisting with the lift, and giving directions to interesting places around the city. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly welcome.
Personally, I believe the spirit of the Filipino people is something very special. I cannot speak for everyone, but from my own experience, I found a country full of warm, friendly, and caring people who are always ready to help, talk with you, and make you feel like part of their family.

The location of Citadines scelcedo is very good ! Atmosphere is nice and friendly ! Rooms are nice and spacious with good housekeeping services ! Justine and coco does their job very neatly and particular 👍🏻!

The room that we stayed at was spacious, lobby interior was welcoming with lots of natural lighting. Restaurant was kinda small but gets the job done. Staff were hospitable and helpful. They always greet with a smile. You can reach Restaurants, cafes, Ayala triangle and greenbelt by foot. Will surely be back.

Eversince we tried this place recommended by Frankie Ablona we knew it is the place for a small family, everyone have a smile that will make you feel that you are welcome, I would like to personally thank Aiza made us feel safe in the pool that we used most of our stay, Aiza is a motivator and always attentive, if I can be of any part of the personnel I highly recommend this people to a higher position, secondly Kari, Enrico who always help us and go above and beyond to all of our needs, all in all me Frankie and my whole family sincerely thank everyone from getting up in the morning well rested to exercising and breakfast which becomes our routine.
Thank you I found a treasure that no amount of money can buy, will surely see you soon

ThisThis is omarks our seventh visit to Manila this year and our inaugural stay at this establishment. Despite booking the most economical room available, the service provided was exemplary. The accommodation exceeded average standards, and, quite frankly, this is the finest hotel I have experienced since visiting.

Great anbiance and exquisite service. They accommodated our request for early check in with no second thought. What a great experience.
