Location is convenient to IU
Dated rooms, noisy A/C, not enough guest parking, parking garage is difficult to access/navigate if you’re driving a large SUV or truck, parking must be paid via QR code and it wasn’t working, no key available at check in, two hair dryers in the room and neither one worked. (With regard to room key …Front desk staffer had to escort us to our room to open the door for us. He proceeded to tell us IT staff were on their way to fix the problem and a key would be delivered to us within 40 minutes. Never happened. The following morning we had to pack up everything and haul it with us to breakfast because we had no way of getting back into our room. To add insult to injury, we were paying an inflated rate for the room because it was a busy time on campus.

A/C issue , not cooling!
Parking lot is very difficult to get into with bigger vehicles. The hotel seems to have a lot of moisture in the air. my room had moisture on the floor in the bath and bedroom. The bedding seemed to have moisture on the covers and pillows.
Great place to rest in the college town of Bloomington. Clean rooms, helpful staff and a great breakfast. Only down side was being charged for parking after being told it would be complementary and it wouldn’t post to my credit card. A solid 8/10 (if no parking issues closer to a 9-9.5/10)
Great Rooms and Service and the hotel is perfectly located by the town square with bars and restaurants all around.

Parking garage! Couldn’t get into it. Had to park elsewhere, get up at 4:00am to pay for next day or be towed!
Great place to stay, it was easy to park and pay, the breakfast was basic but it was easy and good, and the staff was friendly.
Want to Bloomington for a wedding checked in around four PM left immediately for the wedding the room and the entire hotel seemed very very damp. When I returned. It was just miserable and was not gonna accommodate an overnight stay for my family. I asked to be given a refund as it was just better for me to go home at that point was not gonna be able to sleep the front desk said that was no manager on duty and that they could not provide a refund, but they called the manager who asked if I wanted to go toanother room I said no I had already looked at another room, which was the same way the entire hotel was damp the hallways the lobby, the rooms condensation on all the windows. She assured me that it would be taken care of when the manager got back. Four days later he denied my request for a refund. I called and spoke to him and he was very rude. His name is Jeremy English and was very adamant on. You will not receive a refund and that he offered another room and that was as far as he was going to go. if he was not going to give a refund, I should’ve been told that before I left and not told everything would be fine. Bad service, bad management

By mistake, they charged me sodas from the convenience store at the lobby. They did not solve this simole issue at check out, and now I have to waste my time over the phone and email to fix that. Staff not helpful at all.
The rooms were satisfactory, but the breakfast was genuinely disappointing. If you’re not on a tight schedule in the morning, I’d recommend eating elsewhere. I understand that breakfast is a convenience and not something that guarantees high‑quality food, but the experience would be far better with fewer options and better execution. During peak hours, most of what remained on the buffet were bread items, which made the variety feel misleading. Simplifying the offerings and focusing on higher‑quality selections—while keeping the food levels consistently replenished—would make a noticeable difference.
