it was a place to stay
We booked a double queen with a sofa pull out as there were 6 people in our group. The front desk checked us in. We got up to our room and it was a single queen with a pull out. 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. when the front desk was contacted, we were told that they determine who gets what rooms...even though I restated we were a party of 6 and that's why we booked. We could not change hotels as there were tornado warnings everywhere. Very disappointing!!!

The location was perfect to walk around downtown Bloomington. And it's next to the Captain Janeway statue!
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet on the floor.
I went down for a drink in the evening, they had a good selection of snacks and drinks. Cheaper than the bar across the street!
Its in a perfect location. Your able to walk to so many things. Toom were spacious
There wasn't a thing I didn't like
The room is clean and you got everything you need. Because the location is very central, some rooms may have higher noise level compare to others. My room is a corner room facing the main st. I do not mind the noise level as I enjoy the view. The service is impeccable and the amenities is alright. Will come back again for a business stay.
Clean
The hotel had no room keys, none. Never have had this happen. Had to have a hotel staff escort to our room every time we left. Not only did the room require a room but so did the elevator. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
