The location is nice. It’s across a big shopping center with grocery stores. It’s also very close to downtown Portsmouth. The staff were friendly and helpful. They allow dogs to stay for free which is a huge plus!
Some of the towels have stains in them, the room gets humid and smelly.

There wasn’t breakfast, just coffee that was literally clear.
We were booked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk staff immediately told us we will get a new ro however when he was giving us the new key card made racist remarks regarding housekeeping. NOT COOL.
The parking lot was disgusting, trash everywhere.

Just a room to sleep in. No amenities whatsoever. Not even a clock. WiFi corrupted could not use. Morning coffee station was a JOKE. Ice machine was jammed so staff opened top compartment and told me to scoop ice out with my room bucket and bare hands? WTF.
No breakfast checked in 2 hours early for a fee of $25.00 which I didn’t mind but then I went to the room to put my luggage and to turn A/C on . Had to leave for a luncheon came back 2 hours later and the a/c wasn’t working it was 104 outside when I went and told the front desk I got attitude then told I couldn’t stay In room because they had to replace the a/c should only take 10 minutes I was told . Took 50 minutes while I stood out in the lobby waiting so the early check in was a waste of money not to mention I missed some of my family while waiting for them to fix a/c . I travelled over a 5 hour drive to see family
Don’t act like everyone else is wrong and try to be more pleasant like you want people to come back
It's affordable. Staff was very friendly and kind. The room was clean. It's close to everything. Easy to find.
The atmosphere made me uneasy and after checking in, walking through the facility and viewing my room I decided not to stay. You can hear everything from the neighbor next door to the people across the hallway. It gave me a pay by the hour type of vibe. 9
Easy check-in. Quiet room at the end of the hall. Noise from the parking lot but it stopped early enough to not be an issue.

Great location, very clean. Staff were approachable and friendly. Overall good value.
The beds were terrible! Everyone in my group had backaches each morning due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. Also, the bath tub is shaped very oddly and is clearly not meant for relaxing.

Room was filthy, bathroom had a few roaches and the mini fridge broke when the door opened. Won’t be staying here again.
There were linens & trash in the hallway. The room floor wasn't clean. The mattress was terrible. This is about the 4th-5th time we've stayed here & don't remember the cleanliness being an issue as it was this stay. Did the mattresses get changed? Very uncomfortable!!!
We were traveling with our dog so I was hoping this would have been an affordable couple night stay so we could get away. Unfortunately, it is obvious that people live in this motel not just for travelers. Our room was dirty, almost looked like someone peed all over the bathroom door, dirt everywhere, and mustard all over the door. We were not able to lock the door between the adjoining rooms and even my husband (ex-marine) was not comfortable at this property. The nightly rate is very high for the accommodations. Unfortunately, we didn’t even stay 6 hrs before we packed up and drove home.
