Pros:

W hotelu jest bardzo cicho. Mimo, że za oknem jest lotnisko i ruchliwa droga po której jeżdżą samochody i tramwaje, w pokoju nie było słychać dosłownie nic z zewnątrz. Nie słyszeliśmy też żadnych odgłosów z korytarza ani innych pokojów. Personel pomocny i sympatyczny, mogliśmy sobie nawet wybrać piętro. Schludne i estetyczne pokoje. Dla gości dostępny zamknięty parking.

Cons:

W łazience mogłoby być minimalnie bardziej czysto, dwa punkty zostały ominięte przy sprzątaniu. Śniadanie mogłoby się składać z produktów lepszych jakościowo. Więcej uwag nie mam.

Nieprzyjemny początek z miłym zakończeniem

Śniadanie- bogaty wybór dań, możliwość zamówienia omletu, możliwość zjedzenia w ogródku;

Cons:

Pierwszy pokój, który mi przydzielono. Nie dochodziła do niego winda. Musiałam wyraźnie poprosić o pomoc, wówczas osoba z personelu wniosła moją walizkę. Pokój okazał się nieprzygotowany, w środku - brzydki zapach, brudna toaleta, brak torebek z herbatą.
Co jeszcze- nie sprawdzałam, bo chciałam zdążyć zamówić coś na kolację, co - mimo zapewnień Pani Recepcjonistki - okazało się niemożliwe.
Fakt, było 7 minut po 21:30 i kuchnia miała prawo być zamknięta. Miła Pani zaoferowała mi możliwość skorzystania z napojów.
Po interwencji otrzymałam inny pokój, który okazał się dobrze przygotowany. Szkoda, że tak nie mogło być od początku.
