Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch recht nah an einigen wunderschönen Orten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und man hat auch eine kleine Terrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Cocktails auch. Es gibt eine "happy hour ", da ist es nicht ganz so teuer.

Cons:

Schade, dass es keinen "hot top" gibt.

Booked thru Booking with confidence, but was finally dissapointed.

The location is very good. The view is a Little bit dissapointed because there is nothing to are appart of a land.

Pros:

This was the first of of five Fosshotel's that we stayed in during our visit to Iceland. The hotel was very popular and was fully booked when we stayed. It is advisable to book for dinner. The staff at check in and at dinner were excellent and we considered them to be the best of the five hotels that we stayed in. The hotel has a central communal area with rooms coming off both sides of the area. If you have disability issues - request a room close to the communal area as the distance to the outer rooms could be a problem. The dinner menu across the Fosshotel's is fairly consistent - lamb, chicken, fish with a few other options. Breakfast in the morning is a buffet and was well presented.
