The room was in disrepair. Wall paper and desk was falling apart

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.
The bathroom had stains in the shower.
There was a spit wad of toilet paper stuck to the wall by the light.
There were brown stains on the top of the comforter.
I pulled the comforter down and there was hair all over the bed, sheets and pillows.
The price
AC unit barely worked. Was well over 80 degrees in the room. Sheets made it even hotter. Shower was rusting and had stains.

The pool wasn’t working. There was an exit sign hanging by wires. The air conditioner didn’t work and it dripped
Before arrival they sent a message warning that some services or amenities (including lobby hours, coffee service and/or pool availability) may be disrupted. Once there, the staff at the entrance was unfriendly and unhelpful. The facilities looked old, worn out and dirty. The swimming pool was disabled and full of trash. The rooms did not look comfortable for the price. We left right away, canceled the booking.
Great parking and location. Worse Motel 6 stay ever.
Air conditioning ducts were overfilled with dirt. Dirty filters likely contributed to poor AC.
Ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us. Screens were torn.
