Pros:

Customer service representative was attentive

Cons:

This place was filthy, immediately smelled like animal urine & cigarettes upon entry of room
Was asked during check-in if we had animals/smoke (We don’t) yet the room smelled of animals & cigs
It had mystery liquid on the walls definitely not swept or clean in a long time
Do not stay there

Nothing. Bed was hard. No ac. Price was good that was about it

Cons:

No ac, no fridge, bed was hard as a rock, hot as hell in the room, just very uncomfortable stay worst place I've ever stayed

Cons:

Loud by the highway. Last year I stayed in 204 same this year too. The heater & AC never worked in that room last year however I've always notified staff of it. Manager is a questionable person. I think this place is private owned. Go elsewhere for better rooms. Other ppl have left reviews of AC not working too.
