Propaganda enganosa no booking dizendo ser a beira-mar (15 dias após mudaram a localização para 350 - 400 metros da praia, o que também não é verdade). Havíamos reservado para 4 diárias e, ao chegar ao entardecer, vimos que, segundo o recepcionista do hotel, era distante 4 a 6 km e que deveria pegar um Uber para ir à praia. Solicitei através do booking a devolução das três estadias por não corresponder ao booking e responderam que iriam fazer a devolução. No entanto, quase 30 dias após ainda não recebi a devolução do valor pago, não atendem e não respondem. Vou ter que recorrer aos órgãos competentes. Verifiquei no reclame aqui exatamente as mesmas reclamações. Pessima experiência!
