Location was close to the field for a tournament i played in
Came back to the room to find the bathroom light had blown and as there were no rooms available we has to use flashlights. No one was available maintenance wise. The staff at the front desk stated I would get a 50% refund due to thia inconvenience. One has yet to be processed. I had two young children with me so this was definitely a hardship

The cigarette smell was so bad that I couldn't sleep. The front desk guy was rude. The hotel is run down, old carpet in the hall that looks gross, the bed is firm, everything in the front of the hotel is locked down so no access to kitchen facilities.

I asked for a handicap room and was told they were all taken. The front desk clerk then made a phone call and a room was found. I was very pleased with her initiative and the room was lovely. Roomy enough for my wheelchair and nice handicap shower.
The floor was sticky. Perhaps from the wrong cleaning product.

Killed 4 cockroaches as soon as we opened the door to the room.
We booked a non-smoking room but it was clearly a smoking room (smell and the presence of an ashtray).

Lobby Hallway had a funky smell, No elevator for disabled needed to carry our suitcases upstairs.
Very Clean and felt safe staying there!
Can’t say anything negative
The room was clean.
The hallway smelled so bad of cat pee, weed,and cigarette smoke. The carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere.
My husband also had a fall in the shower where I had to call the paramedics to help him, and we did not hear one word from the management or any of the staff to see how he was doing.

WAS THERE 4 DAYS AND NO SERVICE EVEN AFTER IT WAS REQUESTED FOR THE NASTY DIRTY ABSOLUTELY FREEZING ROOM I OCCUPIED WITH NO TV! AND UNSECURED WIFICOULD NOT GET A SIGNAL ON MY PHONE

UNGH HORRIBLE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BUT THEN WHERE WOULD THE HOOKERS EARN A LIVING
