Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 9 people staying in 3 rooms, and we experienced several serious issues.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of urine, the floors were dirty, and we found used tissues and crumbs in the bedding. We also found pubic hair and what appeared to be fecal stains in the toilet. The sink was not draining properly either.
Our room was supposed to be available at 3 PM, but we did not receive it until around 9 PM, meaning we had to wait approximately 6 hours. We were also given a room that did not match what we had booked, with an insufficient number of beds.
Unfortunately, the staff’s response did not improve the situation. The employee took us for fools. We were unable to get the contact information of a manager, and despite the major delay in getting our room, we were later refused a late check-out.
The location was convenient because it is outside of downtown Portland. When we asked for a hotel room change, the man at the front desk was more than willing to switch us.
The motel was extremely dirty. The hallways had towels and trash on the floor. The hallways smelled like cat litter and feces. When we got to our room, the pillows were not on the bed. Additionally, there was hair on the sheets and the bathroom had not been clean. We asked to switch rooms and the second room seemed more clean until we discovered blood stains on the sheets. I asked for a full refund of the stay and we left the hotel.

Very dirty. Smells bad. Mold on the ac unit which is pointed at your face to sleep.
Floors were sticky. Sheets were dirty. Very unhappy with my stay.
It was clean. Shower was good. Staff was helpful.
Lighting was not warm, but harsh. Hallway was not clean. Front desk was not there for check out. Air quality was not great.
Just the WI-FI is working well.
The sink and the tub are clog. We told the front desk, and I think no one is available to fix it. As soon as we enter the lobby going to the room, the smell is awful even inside the room and the beds smells bad.
How close it was to all of the stores
The toilet didn't flush and there were hairs all throughout the bed and black mold on the bathroom ceiling for 250 shouldn't have to deal with that
