The location and staff were lovely.
The fact that the police seemed to always be there escorting homeless off the property. Several times during our stay actually. Cleaned out the room across from ours and 2 down from ours and that one was beyond filthy. Also really really sucked lemons to not have even a mini fridge or a microwave.
Nothing
We were unable to stay. Unfortunately due to staff using marijuana and the condition of the facility we could not stay. I am from a state where marijuana use is illegal and due to my highly dangerous job I receive regular drug testing that includes marijuana, people were actively using and smoke was evident. We went to room that smelled of cat urine and had dead bugs on floor carpets all through the facility had white powder I believe was an attempt to remove odor. We looked at room and checked out promptly no refund was given and we had to pay for the entire stay.
It was a place to sleep
This place had a terrible smell. Not clean. Sketchy people hanging around inside and out. Very hostile feel to this place. If I thought I could have gotten my money back we would have left.
Close to the airport
Very dated, shows signs of lack of care over the years.
The lawn/ dog walking area is covered in trash.
The staff was very friendly and the location was great.
The motel itself was very rundown. The mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Not enough towels and washcloths in the rooms and if you wanted more you needed to get them yourself. No fridge or microwave in the room so it was very difficult for us personally to eat. Not everybody has the money to eat out every meal. Hallways and elevator smell awful. Shower curtain had mold on it and they didn't have any to replace it with. This place definitely needs a little tlc.

They had no hair dryers in the rooms just one bar of soap. No turndown service and only 2 big towels. For $365 one would think they would have something?
How welcoming the workers were
The druggies that were just roaming the hall ways and in the elevators screaming in my familys faces! Parking lot was full of them
Nothing
Well, I was supposed to check out at 11 o'clock and they were knocking at my door at 11:01 not even giving me an opportunity to have a conversation about booking another night
Bed was comfortable.
Trash in parking lot.
The only thing reasonable was the price.
The elevator was super slow and took forever to open, dirty hallways. Broken lock on room door. Room door had to be slammed shut to actually close. No shampoo or conditioner available as staff said they don’t supply toiletries any longer. The towels were disgusting. Lastly a staff member tried to enter our room before check out time and I had to ask them to leave and stop trying to enter our room. No other hotels around had any rooms available or we would have left.
Room was not clean: debris on floor, bathroom dirty with odor, curtains stained with missing hooks.
The mattress was comfortable and clean sheets
Only 2 light fixtures worked and outlet in bathroom did not work only one outlet worked in the main room
The staff was very friendly

The place was filthy and I didn’t stay
