Great then disappointing
Pros:

The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. The bar and entertainment were fun when available.

Cons:

On our last night the bar and entertainment were not available because the management felt that twelve guests did not require the same quality of service as twenty. Our last night was disappointing hence the mediocre review. The room had a few niggley bits like only two of four lights working and loose shelf in the bathroom.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Amy met us to park on site and when she saw my mobility issues, she changed our room so we were right by lift. Breakfast was superb, Mark the DJ was lovely. Our second stay here and we will be back very soon. Highly recommended 👌

The room felt homely and I did not have no complaints

Everyone was dead welcoming when I first arrived

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the plug sockets they was not near the bed so I could charge my phone near me
