Bij aankomst moest ik ineens veel meer betalen dan waar ik via booking voor had geboekt. Moest ineens 170 euro extra betalen voor 2 nachten en personeel kon dat niet veranderen in systeem. Ik moest maar contact opnemen met Booking.com en nu gewoon de extra 170 euro betalen. Dat jeb ik geweigerd.. ik had gewoon een boekingsnevestigjng met de prijs erop van Booking en uiteindelijk heeft het 2 dagen geduurd (mijn hele verblijf) om dit opgelost te krijgen.
Nog nooit zoiets mee gemaakt! Ze kwamen me zelfs wakker maken door te komen kloppen op mijn kamer of ik de extra 170 euro kon komen betalen.
Uiteindelijk goed gekomen en personeel was vriendelijk, maar deed nogal afbreuk aan mijn verblijf!

Kamer is piepklein en prijs kwaliteit is echt niet in orde

De kamer was -gezien de prijs- zéér sober, douche matig, water liep.niet goed weg. Water in de wasbak liep niet goed weg. Plastic gordijntje....

Aardig verblijf met tekortkomingen.
Pros:

Locatie en ontbijt prima. Badkamer primitief, piepklein wastafeltje waarbij zelfs tandenpoetsen niet meeviel. De douche was een crime: zeer smalle ruimte achter een wapperend gordijn, van enige bewegingsvrijheid was nauwelijks sprake. De handdoeken behoorlijk verwassen: die mogen dus wel eens vervangen worden.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung. Wir prüfen Rückerstattungsansprüche.

Wir haben bewusst ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht. Für Hotelgäste aber erst ab 10 Uhr nutzbar; bis 10 Uhr müssen die Zimmer aber geräumt sein. Also keine Pool-Nutzung. Irgendwelche externen Schwimmkurse gingen angeblich vor. Personal ist nicht informiert: Jeder erzählt dazu etwas anderes. Die Zimmer sind enge Kammern, Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Das Frühstück schlechter als jedes Schullandheim.
