Pros:

전반적으로 시설이 깔끔하고, 성심당이 바로 보여서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

직원들이 친절하긴 하지만, 막상 요청을 하면 거의 셀프로 해결해라..는 반응이었습니다. 물, 얼음 등 호텔이라면 기본적으로 제공되는 것들도 심지어 다른 층에 가서 직접 떠먹으라고 하시네요. 그리고 대중교통이 거의 다니지 않아서 택시가 필수입니다!

After handing over the key, no staff member guided us about the room. As first-time guests, we had to search for the room ourselves and figure out how to operate the electronic devices. It would be helpful if a staff member briefly introduced the room and explained how to use the facilities upon arrival.

Pros:

소음 들리지 않았던점

Cons:

1. 물잔도 종이컵 이었던점 티슈 준비 되어 있지 않았던 점
2. 숙소를 2층으로 배정받아 모텔 같은 분위기 였고 룸 사이즈 넘 작았음 물론 침대사이즈도 작아서 불편 했던점
3. 가격이 370,000이상 숙박비 넘 비싸다고 생각 함
4. 롯데 네임이 아까울 정도 였음
