Our stay was only 5 hours. The room served the purpose well.
Pros:

It was a very good value. Location was good (close to airport). Price was right (flights canceled due to weather; only stayed at motel for 5 hours). Room was clean. It was clear there had been some updates to it, and in some areas it was showing its age. The lighting was good, the TV worked well, bathroom was clean. The comforters on the beds appeared new and were very clean.
It was very good that a nearby restaurant was open and delivered until very late, as it was almost midnight when we checked in.
STAFF WAS EXCELLENT: courteous, considerate, helpful, efficient, listened to our requests and did her best to be responsive--couldn't ask for anything better.

Cons:

Better soundproofing would be a plus, although noise from other rooms didn't bother us.

Do NOT stay here!
Cons:

As a woman who travels alone, I did not feel safe at this motel AT ALL. None of the outside doors lock so anyone can get in at any time and I could not sleep. The people at this motel were far from your every day neighbor. I won’t get into details about that. Having to walk outside to the back of the motel to get to my room was more than unsettling, same for when I had to leave early in the morning before daylight. I was then informed by my uber driver that this was the worst hotel in the area and that it houses people that use drugs, you can rent a room by the hour and it’s just not a good place to stay. I could go on but won’t. I was just glad I made it into my uber to get the heck out of there.

Don’t believe their pet policy

We called before we book about there pet policy we were told pets were free we told them that we had to work durging the day if we had a cage would they allow it they said yes when we checked in we asked both questions again they owner said yes to both the following moring when i was leaving for work i stop st front desk as a courtesy to let them now that my dog was locked in the cage and that my husband would be back within four hours from work they said if we left, they would call animal control and have the dog removed. Absolutely no pets allowed u unattended regardless so we walked out on a day could not get a refund

Over all it was a place to sleep and we were safe so can't complain there
Pros:

I liked that this property was next to a gas station and Dunkin' Donuts

Cons:

I did not like the dirty ness of the room the whole place looked like a trap house very uncomfortable to be at with small children as a single mother / women.

Overall good access to highway and clean.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Very good air quality. Coffee in AM was okay.

Cons:

None of the common doors are locked. Would not take a wife or a family here with some safety concerns. Noted loitering of unknowns around the property. Not even sure room lock worked correctly. 95 South not accessible at end of street. Only 95 North. Road construction ongoing for 5 years there.

Unsafe. Would not recommend
Pros:

Bed clean

Cons:

All safety features disabled, deadbolt broken on both rooms.
First room had a bullet hole and non closing window.
Second room: lock broken, peephole unusable, safety stop moved and could be easily broken through.
Fridge leaking
Electric outlets sparked when plugging a charger in
Was zapped 3 times by light switch.
All outside doors had been modified allowing free access.
The room with the broken window was across and multiple times the door was wide open as was window. I told desk it looked like someone broke in. Twice. They said its fine cops come through every 30 minutes.
Badly in need of upgrading.
Really not for traveling. I saw maybe 2 other guests who did not seem to be living there.
No blankets.

Gross hotel- run away from here
Pros:

Gross hotel. Mold all over. No hot water. Key cards do not work. Outside doors do not lock, anyone can walk in. Zero stars do not stay here.
