La alberca estaba sucia, la habitación las camas eran incómodas no tenían cafetera y el agua para tomar no la dejan en la habitación tiene uno que pedirlas en recepción para poder obtenerlas
La limpieza de la habitación de mala calidad pues no sacuden los muebles pedimos una colchoneta extra por qué la necesitábamos y nos dijeron que no manejaban eso la verdad no me gustó

I liked the House keeper Ms. Mary was attentive to the room's cleanliness and was very nice and kind.

Cons:

The front desk person never told us about the parking lot the hotel has. He said we could park in front of the property. And was kind of rude he was there daily in the afternoons, I don't remember his name. He has short hair and is young. The porter was very nice and mentioned the parking lot they had is where we should park. (FYI) For 3 nights we had cold water to shower not good.
