Cons:

Everything,the entire inside including room smelled like mildew. The carpets were nasty ,the bathroom was dirty,the grout was filthy,missing,ants near toilet,shower handle fell off in my hand when turning on the shower. Just horrible.

room smelled clean, bed was good, but several items need to be remedied as mentioned above
Pros:

No TV remote, internet troubles, no comfortable chair, breakfast had run out when I went to get food, hot water is slow to get hot, microwave was not plugged in and I had to move to the desk to use it, grounds were not attractive or well kept.

Not to pleasant for the price
Pros:

I just liked the location of it centered around restaurants and stores

Cons:

Door was practically broken along with the shower faucet and shower head. Uncomfortable beds.
