Room was in very poor shape, bed felt like it was going to break any time I moved, bathmat was so stained it was gross, poor quality.. and didn’t trust the lock on the door..do not recommend to anyone

Someone Was Knocking On The Door Late Last Night.

The rooms floors were dirty and hadn't been swept , the doors, walls, ceilings and baseboards were all filthy dirty. Squashed bugs on the walls and ceiling, a cockroach 🪳 and another bug was crawling around. The bed was very uncomfortable, the television 📺 did not work. No cable TV. The room was really deplorable. The entire property needs to be inspected including the rental office. Bumping going on all night from guests, scooters revving the engine and racing off. This was a rundown motel you would find on a corner with prostitutes. It was non- refundable so I was stuck with it

Cleaning was really bad

If you want some quiet you wouldn’t get it here through the night. Tried to shower be for my flight and the water was cold, told me I had to wait for maintenance in the morning , room service doesn’t come around unless you request it ahead so my trash was full for days and I never got new towels since my first night , customer service is very poor, sheets were not clean but luckily I don’t sleep in hotel sheets and bring my own covers from home. I will never tell anyone to come here . Cigarette smell in what was supposed to be a non- smoking room. But I think what bothers me the most is that there was loud noises all through the night. DONT COME HERE.

It was dirty, the sheets and bed linen were dirty. We didn't even stay the night or bring our things in. They were suppose to refund our stay but I have still not received anything. That was on June 6th.

Everything, I’m the room had a bad odor that wouldn’t go away even after I sprayed Lysol, the staff never checked in to see if we needed anything, the tv didn’t work the whole time, people were playing music outside and a dog was barking in another room the whole time…. Did I mention that it smelled and the floors were sticky

I checked in and the first room had socket/electricity issues and I work from my devices so I asked for a room change, I was met with your phone service is messed up mind you I’m on their hotel room phone. I asked the manager to bring me a different key I was told No to come get it. I went to get the key for the second room…same issue. Called he said no one else has complained about it, judging from the looks of it it really looks like a prostitution ring hotel. The 3rd room had no refrigeration no microwave and the tv did not work. The toilet leaked. After the first night some lawn guy was up at 8:30 am blowing trash from the lot, literally could have waited until check out time for that. They don’t stock the rooms like they should with towels and bath tissue.

Smell of room. Floors filthy had to wash my feet to put on socks and shoes. Not very safe. Street people loitering on property. Non service animals on property. Service animals don't bark at people outside and I heard a puppy

No me dieron tal cual era mi reservación solo una cama tenía cuando mi reservación era 2 camas me dijieron que solo me iban a cobrar como de 1 cama pero al salir me dijieron que no muy malo la atención
