My only issue was that for the first 2 days my keycard kept stopping to work, and I had to go to staff to fix it. But the staff were super helpful so I do appreciate that.

For the same room rate you can stay in a nicer area. But shops and tram are nearby and RMIT

Very spacious apartment with everything we needed, highly recommend.
Pros:

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor and it was terrific, so spacious, had everything we could possibly need. Loved the layout and we will definitely be back.

Convenient location, most staff friendly and helpful. Very clean modern apartment.

Location, spacious rooms. Washing machine and dryer in room.

Cons:

Was disappointed that the electronic garage gate was left opened every time we used our vehicle, over a 4 day stay. Specifically after our first night when we returned to hotel late and police were called due to damage to another vehicle inside the parking area of hotel. Also the noise and inconvenience of an all day parking area clean on our first full day there, the one morning we could/should have slept in after a very late night and travel and ahead of a full weekend of soccer. Was a bit disappointed.
