Pros:

Staff friendly. Clean & spacious room. Good bathroom. Good food options on street opposite hotel.

Cons:

Kitchenette was not well equipped. Difficult to prepare meal without knife. Quite far out from centre.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

It wasn’t clean, had a strange smell, the kitchen was “under maintenance” so not offering the menu, the staff on check in were not friendly, the elevator was out of order, and they mysteriously added a $50 charge to one of my nights for no reason

Pros:

Very easy check in. Great single room.

Cons:

The shower head was angled slightly toward the back and not centre. Water pressure from the shower was a bit weak.

Pros:

Staff was nice, check in was easy, room clean, water was hot fast, comfortable bed. Different bus stations near the hotel. Can recommend.

The airconditioning was not working in the room. Two colleagues were sharing a unit and they did like the window between the toilet and bedroom. Had to put a sheet up over it.

Great location
Pros:

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. And there is a side street out the front that makes it easy for getting picked up and dropped off

Cons:

The shower door did not shut properly, the glass smashed against itself and we were worried it was going to break. We were not super impressed with the cleanliness of the shower. There was a build up of dirt and slight pink mould in the corners. There was also a burnt ring in the carpet as if someone had put a hot pan straight on the floor.
