Our room looked EXACTLY like the online photos omgg! What a beautiful hotel!!! The staff, the breakfast buffet, the views from our room, the jacuzzi bathtub, the welcome passion fruit juice, omgggg the hotel was literally a dream!!!

No decent rooftop bar space
I recently stayed at de syloia for almost 2 weeks. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. Had some of the best sleep there. The room had and the bathroom had an old, French feel which gave it a very luxurious feel. What made the stay even sweeter was the staff. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful and polite. I would give it a 11/10 rating just for the staff. They also gave me a small hamper as I was leaving the hotel for the airport. They truly make you feel special. Wonderful, wonderful people. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.
The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. I would be at the restaurant by 8.30am but the dishes looked like they only had a little food that was leftover and wasn't even hot. I would have to request the staff to replenish it. There was no variety. It was the same menu almost every day- pork in streamed bun, bacon, sautéed veggies with rice and fruit. You could order eggs/pho to be made fresh in the kitchen and served at breakfast. I've literally eaten eggs and fruit for breakfast for the 2 weeks I was there.
Breakfast was literally the only thing that was disappointing there. Everything else about the stay was perfect.

The property is situated close to a “quiet for Hanoi” road and is a 20 min walk into Old town and the lake. That’s ok but the heat and noise can be draining so use Grab if there’s something specific you want to see. Note: The road noise tends to subside after 10.00 pm.
Great boutique hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to the old quarter and the lake. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, we will stay again.

Es war auf unserer Rundreise durch Vietnam mit Abstand das schönste Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir es gerne wieder buchen.
Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön, nur die Öffnungszeiten sind ziemlich beschränkt.
I was looking for a hotels in Hanoi and I chose this one and I need to tell that the stay was exceptional. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Everything was sparingly clean with everyday cleaning of the room. Personal was nice and really attentive they don't hesitate to give you tips what is around and make your stay comfortable. Especially i want to thank Joyce pung and Nam for their tips readiness to help me with everything so I feel comfortable and welcomed. I really recomend this hotel and this is not only generic 5 star review. They have great servis and grate rooms just try it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Bao Ngoc at the front desk for being so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She made me feel very welcome and helped everything go smoothly. I would definitely come back again!
