I enjoyed my stay at Seda Hotel, good service, beautiful hotel & room, overall I had a relaxing stay.
Pros:

I loved the orchids which were all over the lobby. Beautiful! The staff were very attentive especially housekeeper Jim on the 7th floor. The service was generally commendable. I also enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. Thank you for the free valet parking.

Cons:

Parking was far from the lobby. I had to do valet parking most of the time.

Cons:

I was the bride and booked 77 rooms at the hotel for our wedding guests for 2 nights. Despite clarifying at least three times if I was assigned the biggest room/bridal suite, the staff repeatedly insisted that my 1-bedroom room was the largest and was the bridal suite.

This turned out to be untrue. Because the room was too small, I had to cancel doing hair and makeup with my bridesmaids, which was very disappointing on my wedding day.

For a booking of 77 rooms for 2 nights, I expected far better coordination, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel did not make us feel valued at all.
