Some noise from street late at night.
Not a lot just: in the Center, too much touristic but central
The location may look convenient on paper, but the hotel is directly exposed to Lisbon’s nightlife area. The windows provide almost no sound insulation, so every night feels like sleeping in the middle of the street. Between people shouting until late, constant pedestrian traffic and the tram passing nearby, it is practically impossible to sleep properly.
Cleanliness was also disappointing. The bedsheets had visible stains and did not feel clean at all. We even asked for them to be changed, but there was no proper follow-up from the cleaning service.
The bathroom was another major issue: a shower head that barely works correctly. On top of that, hot water is unreliable because the hotel uses a shared boiler system for the entire building, meaning there is sometimes no hot water available at all.
Other frustrating details:
* No trash bin in the room
* Very poor communication and customer service
* Messages sent before arrival were completely ignored
* Lack of responsiveness from staff overall
The hotel is well located geographically, but terribly located if you want rest and comfort. Between the noise, poor maintenance and lack of service, this stay was honestly very disappointing.

It was a comfortable room with friendly staff in a great location close to bars and restaurants as well as the river.
The safe didn't have any batteries inside it in order for it to work, so I had to ensure I carried my passport with me when out. Also, just personal preference, but there was just a body wash, no separate shampoo. If that was included and the safe was functionable I would have given 10/10. That said, I would definitely recommend staying here and I would return again.
Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, sodass man viele Attraktionen direkt zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten angemessen bequem. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und bei geöffnetem Fenster war die Geräuschkulisse ziemlich laut - bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kaum wahrzunehmen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Rezeption 24h besetzt. Wir waren zufrieden!
The hotel is located at a premium location.
The bed was not comfortable. The sheets had stains on them. And there was too much noise especially in the early morning
Die Lage ist super!
Es ist extrem hellhörig. In der Nacht hört man jedes Geräusch, welches von der Strasse kommt. (Tram, Menschengerede usw.)
An einem Abend haben wir über Uber Eats bestellt und haben dafür Besteck gebraucht. Ein Mann an der Rezeption hat uns keines gegeben, er meinte, er hätte keinen Zugriff auf die Küche. Dies fanden wir ein bisschen ungewöhnlich.

Cons
Mainly this is things that are wrong with European accommodation. Just travelled to Jordan, Cairo and Istanbul and did not encounter any of these niggles at this price point.
Very minimal comforts in room.
Fridge and kettle could not be plugged in at same time and plug at floor level.
Tiny cups no saucers

Only a sheet on bed and a blanket on shelf.
One tiny pillow and one hard one.
You have to wait for clean towels till laundry comes back.
One chair in room but nice little table.
I am senior woman so will mention things I could not have managed without husband.
Very high step in and out of bath from shower no safety rail.
There is good elevator but does not go up to breakfast room so stairs a little tricky to come down. Railing on narrow side of stairs which are steep.

Super emplacement proche des transports en commun et des commerces.

La salle de douche est à revoir. Meuble abîmé par l'humidité, douche avec les joints moisis, des fuites sur le sol, le carrelage de la douche n'est pas nickel.
Obligation de garder la lumière allumée dès que vous êtes dans la chambre car la fenêtre est petite et donne sur un mur.
El tamaño de la habitación, microndas, friobar, menaje de cocina, cama, atención del personal
Tiene tina a la que se ha adaptado una ducha de mano y una puerta. No es posible bañarse en condiciones con esa ducha y el agua se escapa mojando el suelo. La secadora de pelo no funcionaba y el teléfono dejó de funcionar.
