Super zentrale Lage. Keine zwei Minuten zur Tram/U ahn oder ans Wasser.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut (ist aber eher subjektiv). Die Fenster waren null isoliert - nachts viel zu laut durch die zentrale Lage.
Très bien situé et très safe en terme de localisation. Les lits sont confortables dans l'ensemble, mais très immense. La chambre est climatisée. Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit.
Une couette aurait été vraiment apprécié et de meilleurs produits pour la douche

Air condition defect
The hotel is in a great spot, right on one of Lisbon’s main central streets, so it’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was clean, the staff were helpful, and considering the location, it’s really good value for money.
The bathroom could use a bit of refreshing.

Os quartos não tem acústica, passa ônibus , VLT , pessoas conversando e parece que estão dentro do quarto , horrível , atrapalha demais pra dormir !
La habitación muy limpia y agradable, el personal excelente 👌, está muy bien ubicado, a 6 minutos andando de la plaza de mercado y buenas comunicación de transporte.

Mes petits déjeuners m'ont été facturés 12 € x 3 au prétexte que je me suis enregistrée en ligne avec le lien qui m'a été envoyé alors que sur place c'est 10 € x 3.
La réceptionniste m'a dit que c'était le tarif si on s'enregistrait soi-même et que je n'avais qu'à pas le faire !
Pouvez vous , svp, faire procéder au remboursement ?

We've just book bed, for two adult and two minors of age 2 and 13, and requested craddle; they lied that it was broken and rejected to provide instead; they just replied "thats it, nothing to do" they did not take care of anything and simply advised saucily 13 years to sleep with 2 years old in the same bed like we're in a refugee camp and we lived hell with the 2 years old baby with no bed. We paid 100% full amount for 4 beds and received just 75% (3 beds) service directly with hotel's full disinterest. Is is just simple as it occured and compensated? We will submit complaint to official tourism autorities. We recorded all details as evidence. And the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in a hotel, woke up with aches and pains in necks and backs. There is continuosly water coming down from the ceilng to floow which caused full wtness in a closed room without a proper ventilation.
