- emplacement
- le personnel
- après prestation : nous avons eu la possibilité de mettre nos bagages à l’hôtel à notre retour à Florence pour notre vol car nous étions aux 5 terres alors que nous n’avions pas séjourné là bas le jour de notre départ.

Pros:

Loved everything.. I don't remember the names of all the hotel staff, but Sylvia in the breakfast room was wonderful, knowing that we liked capucchino, she made 2 for us, as soon as we walked in, and remembered that my favorite pastry was a slice of cake withe the mixed red berries on top, and brought some out for me... also Lorenzo and William at reception, were very helpful and friendly, and we had may interesting chats with them.

Cons:

Everything was great, but would have liked the fridge to be colder.

Firenze verrijkend. Nette stad, lekkere restaurants aan democratische prijzen, hotel Boston klein maar superfijn.
Pros:

Prijs/kwaliteit en centraal gelegen. Persoonlijke bediening bij ontbijt. Kamer klein maar fijn. Sanitair heel netjes en snelle service.
