The price was right

Cons:

The place was absolutely disturbingly dirty. Piles of dirst in corners. Feet were black after walking barefoot on floor. Counted 23 burn holes in just my side of bedspread. Will be looking elsewhere next time I stay in Niantic area.

As I mentioned earlier, like the old TV game show with Bob Barker- "The Price Is Right"...!!!
Pros:

Like the old TV game show: The Price is Right...!!! Convenient location, with Stop & Shop, Burger King and Dunkin' Donuts near by... Flanders Plaza
also not that far away- maybe 3/4 to a mile away with Golden Arches, CVS, and IGA grocery store- to name a few in the Plaza...

Cons:

Ice machine not available on second floor, or at least I didn't locate one while there during my stay... Also, no mini fridge or microwave in room...

BESIDES THE GOOD AND BAD POINTS OF MY STAY AND OVER ALL IT WAS QUITE AND PEACEFUL

IT WAS CLEAN CLOSE TO THE SUPER MARKET AND BURGER KING PLENTY OF PARKING CLOSE TO I-95.LOVE THAT THEY HAVE POLICE PATROLING THE MOTEL

I DINT LIKE THAT THERE WERE NO DRESSER DRAWS TO PUT YOUR CLOTHES AWAY, THE TIME ON THE TV WAS AND HOUR OFF,TO HANG YOUR CLOTHES WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH VERY VERY SMALL .IF YOU WANTED TO CALL OUT FOR A MEAL DELVERY THERE WERE NO PHONE NUMBERS.

Good enough.
Pros:

It had just the very basic. But the water was hot. Cable was good. And at least we had access to a microwave in the lobby.

Cons:

There was a stain in one of the sheets. The concrete walkway on the second floor was in disrepair and I tripped, but no injury.
