A/C worked well room stayed cool

One of worst hotel stays weve had anywhere
Checked in and were given a dirty room
Switched to another room right beside laundry room and they kept door open most of the time
Room keys didnt work next day
Entrance to building had an abandoned shopping cart there whole time
We left early and didnt stay our last night went elsewhere

We did not stay because they canceled our reservation.

NOTHING WENT WELL

Staff was rude, I booked a room on the first floor with king bed, we got there at 3:15 and was told we do not start check in until 3:30 (15min.) we waited in the car for the 15 min. and when we went back in they put us on the 2nd floor and told us the room is the room and she could not change it as she did not know how. Then after back and forth they said that they would give us a room on the first floor with 2 queen. Then they canceled our reservation all together. while standing in the what you would call a lobby

Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, one hand towel in room, filthy tub, smoke detector in our room was covered up, 2 tv remotes , neither worked.

I booked two rooms, one room had a party of about 15 21 -year-olds drinking with the door wide open and loud at 3:30 in the afternoon and the other room stunk of urine and cigarettes. We had to leave the property to find a new place to stay because it was that bad.
