the room had good a/c i guess

Cons:

no fridge, no microwave, floor wasn't swept, counters not properly cleaned, the first front desk clerk i dealt with was incredibly condescending (the second one, a male, was wonderful)

The whole entire experience was fause advertisement. The pictures did not match what was online. Also online it say refrigerator and microwave was in each room. Neither one was in the room. When I asked the guy at the front desk, he said all the rooms with microwave and fridge are sold out. I said well yall should not have that for every room. Thats false advertisement. And the room stinks. I sprayed air freshener but it did no good. I had food that needed to go in the fridge so I couldnt leave that out all night. So after about an hour, I took the keycard back to the front desk. I could not stay there. I COULD NOT TAKE THAT SMELL AND THE FAUSE ADVERTISEMENT MADE ME MAD. I ALSO READ SOME REVIEWS WHEN I WAS THERE AND NOTICED QUITE A FEW HAD THE SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FAUSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THE PICTURES NOT MATCHING THE ROOM. ALSO THE FURNITURE WAS BEAT UP. THE STAND THE TV IS ON HAD ALL TYPES OF HOLES IN IT AND BOTH BEDS DIDNT HAVE BLANKETS ON THEM JUST SHEETS WHICH HAD THESE BIG SPOTS ON THEM ON BOTH BEDS. I WAS IN ROOM 203 AND I WOULD PLEASE PLEASE LIKE A REFUND PLEASE. THAT WAS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A HOTEL. AND I WAS TOO UPSET TO TAKE ANY PICTURES

BEWARE DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! BEWARE they will not honor ur reservation they will put u in rooms with cockroaches the room I’m staying in right now where they told me I had to stay in the shower does not drain. It drains all over under the floorboards so the entire bathroom fills with water and they said tough either check out and leave or wait for the correct room and that’s coming from the direct supervisor who says that she is the top there’s no one above her.
