Great Hospitality and a Memorable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere and service. A very special thanks to Abdullah at the reception, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. His care and attention made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Also thanks to the rest of the staff for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The breakfast can be improved but that’s a minor issue. Nothing else.

Pros:

Het hotel is zeer dicht bij nisantasi centrum 3min stappen,
Metro is snel bereikbaar.
Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wij hebben 3kamers geboekt die verbonden waren aan elkaar is zeker aanrader als je met vriendinnen of familie gaat.
We zullen zeker terug gaan😉

Very good location but no parking and very poor breakfast

Location, access to metro, room service, connected rooms that helped me keep an eye on my kids

Cons:

There was no parking even though in the web-page was written that there is parking garage. In addition, the breakfast was very poor, with foods from the other days, very little alternatives to choose, and the cans were not filled with foods for other people who came after we ate, there was far below that we expected as turkish breakfast
