Die Lage ist sehr schön keine 200 m vom See

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen...
Die duschkabine ist für Menschen über 175cm nicht ohne probleme zu benutzen.

Pros:

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einem tollen Garten und schattigen Plätzchen. Ein schöner Pool. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Gardasee entfernt. Die Appartments sind ausreichend groß. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war die Matratze mir tat der Rücken extrem weh. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Abends ging das Tor zu, und die Anlage konnte nur mit einem Code betreten werden. Ruhig gelegen.

In einem kleinen Supermarkt, konnte man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und Croissant holen. Die Preise total akzeptabel.

تعامل المظيفة مونيكا راقي جداً و الموقع و الحديقة ممتازه خصوصاً اذا معك اطفال ..
مكان جميل جداً و نظيف يبهج القلب و قربه من البحيرة
اسلوب الايطاليين يجعلك تحب البلد .

عدم وجود صابون اليدين في دورة المياة و لكن لا اعتبرها عيب في المكان . اشترينا صابون اليدين من البقالة القريبة جداً و لم تكن مشكلة .

Podobało mi sie to że obsługa była bardzo miła, obiekt był czysty i dobrze utrzymany, było bardzo blisko do jeziora

Familienfreundliches Apartment mit Potenzial für Verbesserungen
Pros:

Der wunderschön angelegte Garten bietet Möglichkeit zur Erholung. Die Nähe zum See ist sehr schön. Zudem hat jedes Appartement einen eigenen reservierten Parkplatz. Ein Babybett stand gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Das Appartement war in Ordnung ausgestattet, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die eigene Terrasse vor der Wohnung war schön und bot eine gute sitzmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Die Wohnungen sind durchaus älter und könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen. Gerade die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen eine grundsätzliche Erneuerung.

Pros:

Il residence molto curato, appartamento bello anche se la doccia è piccolina. A pochi metri c'è il lago ed è comodo a tutto i servizi, tra cui un piccolo chiosco con brioches fresche di pasticceria.
Vacanza di relax anche per il nostro amico a quattro zampe.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi a Manerba. Vicinissima al lago, ristoranti e bar raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Posto auto assegnato. Piscina e giardino incantevoli.

Cons:

Mancanza di phon.

Ottima struttura, penso di tornarci!
Pros:

La colazione non era inclusa ma si sapeva al momento della prenotazione, nei dintorni ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti. La struttura è molto comoda e a pochi passi dalla riva del lago. La vista del terrazzino è sul giardino interno quindi tutto molto bello. Spazio in casa sufficiente per muoversi agevolmente e comodamente.

Cons:

Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto, pur non essendo una cosa del tutto negativa, è la comodità del bagno: specchiera troppo a ridosso del lavandino che rende un pò difficile lavarsi e dimensioni un pò troppo strette. Ma comunque la pulizia era ottima quindi è solo una questione di comodità. Per chi dovesse avere problemi di ginocchia o simili, segnalo solo che gli appartamenti al piano superiore si raggiungono tramite scale esterne che hanno una alzata un pò più alta del normale, quindi sarebbe meglio richiedere gli appartamenti a piano terra. Analogamente, le sdraio sono sul terrazzino quindi chi sta sopra deve portarle di sotto per usarle nel giardino... non comodissimo.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit top Garten
Pros:

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns extra ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss überlassen, weil wir die E-Bikes mit dabei hatten.

Cons:

Das Apartment hat überall einen Fliesenboden, was natürlich Ende Oktober für sehr kalte Füße sorgt. Wir hatten ständig unsere Schuhe an. (Und meistens eine warme Jacke)
