The Wi-Fi seems decent for phone use, but not reliable enough for work. It would be better to have the same internet speed and stability in both the lobby and the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I was satisfied as the air conditioning, internet, bathroom water pressure, and hot water heater worked very well. It is the best business hotel with great value for money and a central location on the island. I will always stay at this hotel.

Staff very friendly every-time they see us always smiling and greet us. Room cleaning everyday and change towels. Quiet air-conditioning. Free beach towel everyday. The location is great near to everything.

AC worked and quiet
The Korean manager is the biggest issue, consistently aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He yelled at his wife, swore at me over the phone, and called me dumb when I raised a legitimate safety concern about a rusty door knob. Any attempt to get help was met with hostility rather than support. Completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest. I would not stay here again. Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.
