Pros:

Das Hotel verfolgt ein optimales Food-Waste Konzept (es kann passieren, dass es nicht mehr ganz so viele Gipfeli ausgelegt hat, bei Nachfrage gibt es allerdings alle Wünsche in entsprechender Menge erfüllt). Da wir nicht ortskundig waren, bekamen wir hervorragende Lokale zum Abendessen empfohlen, die zu 100% unseren Wünschen entsprachen - und der Tisch wurde uns auch gleich vom Hotel aus arrangiert.

Un séjour parfait dans un lieu magnifique

Un superbe appartement avec trois chambres et trois salle de bains ainsi qu'une immense pièce à vivre. Une vue impressionnante sur le Cervin. Un acceuil très sympathique.

A hotel with character that knows how to make you feel special.
Pros:

This hotel exudes character. Beautifully designed with every creature comfort. The staff add such a personal touch; warm welcome, great hospitality and choice for breakfast. It also sits in perfect location for station and easy walk to trains and lifts. Yes you pay premium to stay here but worth every penny.

Cons:

Only stayed two nights!

Pros:

We stayed one night at Matterhorn Lodge Hotel. I have to say, it offers warm and cosy rooms with plenty of space, hearty breakfast, and great shower facilities. This hotel is high-quality because of the great attention to detail. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I felt right at home, and well taken care of!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. If there was something you wanted that they didn't have, you were encouraged to ask whether they could get it for you. I don't like sleeping with my windows open, and the room got a little warm, so I asked for a fan, and they were able to provide one. They were very accommodating. The staff were all friendly and made you feel very welcome. My husband and I were there on a very rainy day and we asked if we could go into the spa area earlier than it was open and they said yes and warmed up the water just for us.

New residents of Switzerland from Pennsylvania
Pros:

We had the best weekend in Zermatt and staying at the Matterhorn Lodge was a big reason. The staff, Reuben and George, along with the other staff were incredible hosts. They took care of every need/want and did not feel like a hotel but a valued guest at a friends home. We look forward to returning again and will only stay there when we visit Zermatt.

Staff were excellent! Tim and Rey (I think) were excellent. VERY accommodating! Breakfast was excellent!!

Nice Hotel Stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Good hotel with spacious room and friendly staff. Offered complimentary pick up and drop off from the train station. Decent location for Matterhorn viewing if it isn't cloudy. Breakfast was included, simple but enough to start your day. Would stay again.
