Wonderful stay in London. Will use this hotel again.

The space and the layout. Helpful staff and nice and clean.
Lovely breakfast good position/ location for us.

Matelas à ressorts hors d'âge qui grincent et qui craquent ! Mal au dos le lendemain matin !
Merci de prévoir un investissement urgent dans des nouveaux matelas !

We were attending a wedding in Chelsea so location was good. Supermarket (Tesco) over the road and restaurants nearby

Cons:

We thought the price we paid for a two night stay (with breakfast) was a little expensive- but the hotel is in a nice area of London.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel in buona posizione per visitare la città; purtroppo poco servito dalla metropolitana anche se ci sono due linee di bus proprio accanto. Apprezzata la presenza di un supermercato aperto fino a tardi proprio di fianco all'hotel.
L'hotel non ha parcheggio proprio, offre uno sconto del 20% in una struttura vicino.
Servizi ottimi, fra cui un'abbondate colazione a buffet con piatti salati e dolci; ottimo il ristorante dell'albergo.
Personale super gentile e disponibile: ci hanno permesso di accedere alla camera in anticipo senza costi aggiuntivi, personale addetto alle pulizie estremamente cortese, cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, camerieri addetti alla colazione e al ristorante gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.
La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquilla, nelle vicinanze di un complesso moderno con ristoranti e un piccolo porticciolo sul Tamigi.

Cons:

Peccato non avere più linee di metropolitana nelle vicinanze per raggiungere più rapidamente il centro.

Repeat visit - Always happy here
Pros:

We've stayed here at least once per year every year for the last five years - we love the location, it's ideally located close enough to the more central parts of the city whilst being far enough away to be less hectic. Right by the river too. Staff are always helpful, the rooms are always comfortable. Breakfasts are always good - we were particularly pleased to see the pancake machine return on the second of our mornings.

We'll definitely be back again soon.
