Outstanding
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient after a long day of work and food was delicious.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. Thanks for the great service.

Poor stay due to AC Working only intermittently

Cons:

Air condition was not working throughout the night . It would keep going off after an hour and you have to switch it back on . Very frustrating on a Very hot night . So sleep disturbed.I paid nearly £200 for the night . Not worth it . Energy conserving the staff said . But not at the expense of the guests comfort . I would like a refund

Pros:

Ho scelto questo hotel perché ho partecipato alla 1/2 maratona dell'Alzheimer's Society che aveva la partenza vicino.
Hotel molto carino e pulito. La gentilezza di Francesco all'arrivo e dopo la maratona sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta.

Great service, very clean, really brilliant staff so a pleasure to stay
Pros:

Clean, easily accessible and the staff were brilliant

Cons:

If you choose to come to the wrong underground station it can be a little long to get to, but there is a very close one 1 minute away

Loved the hotel but transport can be tricky
Pros:

Great staff, absolutely clean rooms, room bigger than it looks in pictures, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was decent however can add cooked mushrooms.

Cons:

Property does not have convenient public transport connections to rest of central london. Imperial wharf station has only one overground line which is not as frequent as tube lines and Chelsea pier boat service is also available at two mins walk but it is also not frequent and expensive.
Also one of the two lifts was broken which was also mildly inconvenient.
