Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 15 days with my kids and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Neha, Nashid, Rafid, and Shamsad for making our stay so comfortable. They were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Fabulous Stay
Pros:

The welcome to this hotel on check in was superb and the two nights I stayed were great. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. The room service, breakfast and staff assistance with the best public transport you can use and any other questions was such great customer service. Thank you I enjoyed the stay. Particularly good is the location as there is an overland and bus located virtually a few mins walk to get you anywhere you need to be in London.
