Although staff were pleasant, mistakes made it a disappointing stay.
Pros:

Well positioned from the overground.

Cons:

Price difference was considerable for three people from when we booked in November to when we checked three days ago. Disappointed that we kept having to request an extra towel, cup, tea and coffee and the response was over an hour on the second time. Also surprised and upset to be given a letter and then accused of having a breakfast for which we didn’t.

Fabulous staff!
Pros:

The Staff were a credit to the hotel. The breakfast staff were so attentive and helpful - a real asset to the hotel. They really made our stay a lovely one.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was lovely and hot.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
It had a large TV in the room.

Cons:

The rooms weren't as clean as we would have liked. We booked 4 rooms and all of them were dirty.
The toiletries in the shower had not been replenished in any of the rooms and in one of the rooms, the previous persons food/drinks were still in the fridge!

Pros:

Beautiful clean hotel . Staff were very friendly

They forgot to refill shower gel in the bathroom. However when we rang reception this was provided immediately

There are better choices in London
Pros:

It’s essentially just OK but it’s not great and not what you expect of the Hilton brand.

Cons:

Well firstly it’s not Chelsea - it’s Fulham and it took us about 20 mins in a taxi to get to the heart of Chelsea !!

The beds are tiny and so although a double room they are a bit small.

Food served is ok but there is a horrible smell from the gents toilets in the restaurant.
