Trop éloigné du centre
Compliqué pour aller dans le centre car ligne secondaire.
Nous avons eu une chambre communicante avec d'autres occupants : bruit et nuisances sonores insupportables ainsi que chambre a côté de l'ascenseur. Moquette et réfrigérateur sales!!! Petit déjeuner décevant prix de notre chambre pour 3 avec petits déjeuners inclus 405 euros la nuitée beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations. Sauf le.personnel super sympa.

A quality hotel in a nice location
Pros:

We stayed here when we were in London for the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was comfortable and good value, and close to the attractive Chelsea Harbour. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Not so easy to get to by public transport as some locations, although handy for Imperial Wharf station. I think one lift was out of order.

Pros:

Le calme, la climatisation, les rideaux bien occultants s'ils sont bien positionnés, l'armoire de rangement, la salle de bain, le frigo et la bouilloire avec thé, café, sucre, la TV immense pour regarder le mondial de foot ! Le Tesco et la station d'Overground + bus C3 à deux pas (un train direct pour les studios Harry Potter, aéroport Heathrow pas trop loin mais comme pour les autres destinations il faut faire un, voire deux changements).

Cons:

Le prix, très très cher. Les déplacements pas très directs pour le centre ville. Quelques dégradations observées dans la chambre. A ce prix le petit déjeuner pourrait être compris.

alles war gut, sehr nett und freundlich, nette Bar wir werden Ihr Haus zukünftig öfter nutzen

die Belüftung des Hauses - auch im Aufzug, auf den Gäängen und auch den Zimmern war nicht gut,,,roch etwas "muffig"

Lovely friendly staff
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t massively clean when arrived. We found a vape under the bed which could have been very risky our children found it.
