La calidad es buena en realción al precio

La ubicacion es muy buena, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son buenas.

Cons:

La camas son demasiado altas por lo que suele dar inseguridad dormir en ellas, el sistema de la regadera es un poco complejo de entender y el agua caliente no es constante

Staff wonderful but the place need attention.

The staff is the best thing about this place.

Cons:

First of all, the place is not what booking.com advertises on its website.
The rooms were dirty and dusty, and the minibars were dirty and smelled bad.
One of the toilets was clogged, there was no water at night, and no hot water came out when we wanted to have a shower. All the water leaked out of the bathroom when we took a shower.
They offer in-room coffee service but don't provide cups. I think Booking.com needs to audit the properties that offer in your website.

El aire acondicionado no funciono,se solicito se revisara o que nos dieran una alternativa y solo comentaban que ya le habian hablando al tecnico,pero en ningun momento se nos dio la opcion de cambiar de habitacion,asi mismo,se solicito se limpiara la habitacion y tampoco lo hicieron.
