The location was great for us as we were in town for a funeral not too far away. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The carpets for filthy, stains and loose piling on the carpets also. Hair and dirt built up in corners of the bathroom. The soap dish had tan soap residue in it. The a/c vents were very dusty. Dirty windows. Elevator could use some cleaning also.
It was nice to have breakfast. I liked the waffles and that there was biscuits and gravy.
I liked the amenities across the street (pool, workout area, suana, jacuzzi, and steam room). I also liked that there was sinks on the outside of the bathroom and a microwave, refrigerator, freezer and a UV light to sanitize my phone.
The facilities and the hotel itself were way outdated.
The butter was too hard to melt on the waffle without having to melt it in the microwave and making the waffle soggy.
The last step upon entry appear to be slightly higger than the rest and both my partner and I tripped just coming in. I injured my back- so that wasnt the best way to start my vacation.
Th staff were very pleasant. The breakfast bar was good
It was very long in the tooth. The furnishings were rough, some broken, there were electric plugs that didn’t work and one next to the bed had exposed wires, lamp was broken. We had a two bed room and one bed was broken as it made crunching noise from the base when you sat on it or rolled over. The carpet was a mishmash of pieces it looked like from remnants. The counter by the “kitchenette” looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily the beds were clean as was the bathroom. It served our purpose but wouldn’t go there again.
Das Hotel hat Alles was die Gäste brauchen
ok standard
advertised restaurant and bar none at location. Help not overly friendly, rooms dated lots of non working plugins, recent paint jobs look like they were done by a child overpaint on walls and ceilings, carpet looks like latest upgrade was in the 70's.
There nothing I would recommend to anybody at this hotel should be a motel there pictures lie. There no pool! The pool is part of the gym next door there no bar. Breakfast was gross
The room have cockroaches in them I have pictures to prove it. Everything was so different than what we expected. Don’t bring your children here..
Location
The front desk staff were literally useless when you book through a third party like booking.com.
One young girl even stated “maybe you should have booked with us directly “
We got a room at last minute as plans changed, and the bed and room were clean, halls, elevator, entrance, dirty. The price washigh for us but it seemed that most of the hotel was rented as low income housing. Last resort booking only.
I stayed here for an extended length of time and was very pleased. The room was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was great too with a variety of items to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good and safe location. Very spacious and clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast included. Great price and customer service!
The breakfast was excellent.
The door safety lock was broken on the room was borderline clean.
Muy malas falta de mantenimiento
En cuarto hace ruido los aparatos de refri la cama
This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last 20 years. The room was extremely dirty and I killed no fewer than 10 bugs while I was staying there. Stains everywhere. Hair everywhere. We found someone’s child support paperwork under the tissue box, so god knows how long it’s been since the bathroom has been properly cleaned. If management reads this review, go have a look under the tissue box in room 238…we left it there for you. I’m sure it’s still there.
Our family of four did not receive enough towels nor could we get towels throughout our three day stay. We were part of large group staying there for a sports tournament, and this was true for all of the families we were traveling with. at one point we were offered two bath mats instead of the four towels we desperately needed. Our friends dried off with hand towels. Management, you need to figure out your towel situation asap. Friends of ours were told, “no, we don’t have any towels. No, there are none in the washer. No, there are none in the dryer. We have no towels.” How do you even respond to that?
The staff was also very rude and clearly hate their job (can’t say I blame them). For example, on the night my husband tried to get some towels, he said “hi, there” to the woman working the desk, and she held up her finger and said “no there. It can be ‘hi, there’ when I finish what I’m working on in five minutes.” He was pretty stunned. She did give him two bath mats though, so there’s that.
Breakfast was nearly inedible. When teen boys don’t even want to eat it, you know there’s a problem.
Lastly, there are real safety concerns. Doors on the side of the building that don’t lock or even shut properly. Smoking microwaves. Unhoused folks coming into the building and taking breakfast. Etc etc.
This hotel should shut down until these problems are addressed. Truly awful. The only upside is that we will always get to reminisce about the time we stayed at the hotel from hell.
