Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l’Quinta da Penha de França et nous y retournerons sans la moindre hésitation !
Cet hôtel de charme est un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de Funchal. Son emplacement est idéal : proche de tout, tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant. Les jardins sont magnifiques, l’atmosphère est authentique et l’on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
Le service est tout simplement impeccable. Chaque membre du personnel se montre souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Cette qualité d’accueil contribue grandement à rendre le séjour exceptionnel.
Un grand merci tout particulier à Luis Silva, qui s’occupe de l’espace piscine et des serviettes. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils sur les restaurants et les bonnes adresses de l’île ont été très appréciés. C’est le genre de personne qui fait toute la différence et qui laisse un excellent souvenir aux voyageurs.
La piscine avec sa superbe vue sur la mer est un vrai bonheur, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de Madère.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour mémorable. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et avons déjà hâte de revenir ! 🌴☀️🌊

Localização e simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários com especial incidência nos que dão apoio na piscina, os Srs Aldonio, Silva e Flávio, que são sempre eficazes, sempre atentos a todos os pormenores e de uma simpatia extrema.
Por lapso reservei quarto no sótão. O quarto é muito pequeno com uma casa de banho mínima. Reforço que o erro foi meu pelo que manifesto apenas descontemento pois são quartos que não estão, na minha opinião, dentro dos padrões de qualidade do hotel.
Location was good having access to the sea and a short walk to the city centre.

Ottima la posizione ,la pulizia e il fatto di trovarsi in mezzo a fiori e a tanta vegetazione.
Bella la piscina sul mare e gentile lo staff a bordo piscina.

Excellent location- great staff , wonderful food.
Certain areas are a bit dated.
We zaten in een prachtige kamer met zeezicht in de Quinta. Zwembad was heerlijk met een mooie tuin. Funchal centrum op loopafstand.
Grote kamer en ruimte badkamer met fijne douche. Groot bed.
Onze boot naar Porto Santo was op loopafstand. Het ontbijt start om 7:30. Omdat we dan al bij de boot moesten zijn werd het ontbijt de avond van te voren op de kamer gebracht. Super!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut sortiert. Die Tauben waren wegen "hawk"(siehe Foto) kein Problem.

Certaines chambres dont la mienne etaient proche d’un club dinc bruyant jusqu’à 22h
L’hotel est propre mais vieillot avec des tapis partout ce qui peut être problématique pour des gens qui obt des allergies
