Un séjour merveilleux, chaleureux et reposant.
Pros:

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! La chambre est spacieuse, les lits confortables et l’endroit très calme. La piscine d’eau de mer face à l’océan est superbe, avec une vue tout simplement splendide. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement !

Es gefällt mir sehr, dass das Hotel über eine gemütliche und authentische Atmosphäre verfügt. Es verkörpert den madeirischen Stil im Gegensatz zu den sehr großen Nachbarhotels. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Außerdem hat es einen direkten Meerzugang.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Restaurant haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen.
Wir sind regelmäßig Gäste des Hotels.

Cons:

Manche Möbelstücke/ Bäder müssten überarbeitet oder erneuert werden.Aber ich habe beobachtet das das bereits geschieht.

Het is een heerlijk samenraapsel van allerlei gebouwen. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en goed ingericht.
De stad bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The grounds are so pretty with lush trees, lots of green lawns, felt comfortable, understated.
