Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Penha de França. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of charm.

The breakfast was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the large swimming pool with direct access to the ocean.

The biggest compliment goes to the amazing staff, who were always kind and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionist who kindly arranged a late check-out for us, allowing us to stay two extra hours before our evening flight. It was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.

We felt truly welcomed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Hned při příjezdu jsme litovaly, že zde nejsme ubytované na více dní. Super parkoviště, ocenily jsme bazén a ,,molo,, s přístupem do oceánu. Milý plavčík i doporučil z jaké strany je lepší do oceánu vstoupit, kvůli vlnám.

Cons:

Nejdříve jsme dorazily do špatného hotelu, což nám ale nevadilo, jelikož pro nás bylo milým překvapením, že jsme si zarezervovaly pokoj s výhledem na oceán.
Snídaně bych ocenila více pestré, ze sladké snídaně byly pouze 2 druhy sladkého pečiva

Goed ligging in buurt van centrum en goede uitvalbasis om dagtripjes te doen op het mooie Madeira
Pros:

Ligging was zeer goed en dicht bij oude centrum met ook in de buurt veel gezellige en lekker restaurantjes. Prijs kwaliteit dus zeer goed met kamer met bad en breed 2persoonsbed. Zwembad aan de zee van het ander hotel ( waar we ook toegang hadden ) was grote meerwaarde en nooit problemen voor bedjes met parasol. Tegen waarborg kreeg je daar ook handdoeken. We hadden huurauto en hadden steeds parking aan hotel wat beveiligd was met slagboom

Cons:

Ontbijt was op het laatst eentonig en toch wel last van duiven. Ze probeerden er wel iets aan te doen door er een grote roofvogel te zetten waarna de duiven even weg waren. Hotel is iets verouderd maar stoorde niet omdat het toch gezellig was met mooie tuin met bloemen !!!

The stay was ok for 2 nights , but lacked basic necessities in the room.
Pros:

Not a great breakfast.
Told by staff as soon as we sat down it finished at 10.30.
Some item already gone.

Cons:

Had to ask for more milk for tea & coffees in the room. Only supplied 2 at a time.
Had to ask for more towels as only enough in room for 1 person . No bath mat supplied.

Superbes vacances !!
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, le personnel est très agréable et parle français à l'accueil. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très bien avec de très bons produits et des superbes omelettes. Une superbe vue sur la piscine et la mer. Et c'est calme !!

Cons:

La chambre est très confortable et grande mais un peu vétuste. Un peu de rafraîchissement et ça serait parfait !!

Confortable et calme.
Pros:

Chambre rustique mais très confortable. L'air climatisé était très silencieux. Quartier très tranquille et sécuritaire. Personnel attentionné et très gentil. Ils ont gardé sans frais certains de nos bagages lors de notre court séjour à Porto Santo.

Cons:

Chambres au deuxième étage de la Quinta sans ascenceur, nous devions monter tous nos bagages dans l'escalier non climatisé.

Pros:

Tout. Le personnel est génial. L'emplacement est excellent car le centre ville est accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le repas sont super bons. Vu sur la mer, possibilité de commander des verres en journée.
Incroyable sejour.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine est salée car une société de plongée propose toute la journée à leur client de faire des exercice de plongé dans la piscine de l'hotel. Leur combinaison pleine d'eau de mer se nettoie dans la piscine apres chaque sortie en mer. Pour cela je ne me suis pas trop baignée.
C'est le seul point négatif, autrement l'hotel est top et la piscine est belle.

Agréable, confortable, tranquille et sécuritaire.
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et attentionné, chambre confortable et établissement tranquille, quartier à la fois calme et très sécuritaire. Caractère historique du bâtiment. Proximité du port où part le traversier vers Porto Santo. Nous partions trop tôt pour le service du petit-déjeûner mais on nous a préparé une boîte à lunch qu'on a pu manger lors de la traversée matinale vers Porto Santo, merci beaucoup!

Cons:

Vraiment rien à signaler.

Pros:

I do not recommend the hotel for this price. 1. Check-in was at 3:40 PM (because the room was not ready). 2. There is construction nearby and it is audible all the time. 3. The sun on the pool after 2:00 PM - before that it is shaded and quite cool. 4. The room smelled very much of detergents.

Hormis la simplicité de la chambre très bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement, permettant d’aller au centre ville à pied et le restaurant vraiment excellent.

Cons:

La déco de la chambre inexistante et l’ameublement vraiment pas terrible, mais bon matelas. Pour un hôtel à ce prix un minimum de décoration serait la bienvenue venue car la chambre est vraiment impersonnelle.
