The hotel is very easy to get to on the 42 bus from outside the train station. We were in a corner room which had a balcony, which was great. The view (of the supermarket car park) might not be very inspiring but I actually enjoyed watching folk go about their business (one older lady went in and came out with just a slab of energy drinks). The room itself was actually really roomy, if a little run down, my sons bed was tucked around the corner in a little nook, which gave an impression of privacy. There was plenty of storage, a sofa and a table and chairs and a table and chairs on the balcony. The area itself is very quiet with a little playground at the end of the road if you have small people. As previously mentioned the supermarket is super close but you will need to go into town to eat, which is easy enough but might be worth considering a bus pass if staying for any length of time.
I realise it's personal preference and all that but both my husband and I found the mattress too soft.

Staff was very kind and friendly, the room was spotless clean and comfortable, I absolutely did not mind I had to walk a little to the downtown area.
The rooms and towels appeared reasonably clean and tidy. We were also able to find free parking on the street. When we called the support number late at night, the staff member was polite, helpful and responsive.
Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation of our trip.
We arrived late and had to call the provided number for access instructions. It took some time to understand which entrance to use and how to reach the apartment. The room was located in the attic: the lift only went to the floor below, followed by another level via narrow stairs. This was very inconvenient with children and luggage.
The attic apartment was extremely hot and stuffy. As soon as we entered, there was a very unpleasant smell, similar to urine, coming from the kitchenette area. Strangely, the bathroom itself did not smell. We opened the roof windows to ventilate the room, but they were low, easily accessible windows high above the ground, which did not feel safe with children.
The kitchenette was very small and had only limited equipment. Fortunately, we had brought some of our own kitchen items, but the smell made it unpleasant to use. There was also not enough seating for our family to sit and eat together, so some of us had to sit on the floor.
The property felt very old and worn, and the reception area also made a poor impression.
The online check-in process caused additional confusion. The system incorrectly asked us to pay an extra €32.10, even though the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com. After contacting the hotel, we were told that only €12.84 in city tax was actually due. This unexpected and incorrect payment request added unnecessary stress.
We unfortunately had to stay for two nights, and overall it was a very poor experience.
Recepción bien, Habitación en un edificio anexo, funcional, adecuada a nuestros requerimientos, limpia y cómoda, algo pequeña. Baño ok. Lamentablemente la habitación daba a un supermercado y había ruido temprano por la descarga de mercadería, pero lo bueno es que teníamos un supermercado a unos pocos pasos, ja ja ja.
Entorno tranquilo y seguro, caminamos a distintas horas, incluso de noche sin ningún problema. A una cuadra parada de bus. A tres paradas del centro de Stuttgart y de ahí todo caminable. Creo que será nuestra opción cuando volvamos.

Chciałabym przestrzec przyszłych gości przed rezerwacją w tym miejscu. Po wcześniejszym ustaleniu z właścicielem przyjechaliśmy na miejsce o godzinie 1 w nocy. Po telefonie do pracownika zostaliśmy skierowani do pokoju, który kompletnie mijał się z ofertą prezentowaną na zdjęciach. Najpoważniejszym problemem był jednak brak podstawowego bezpieczeństwa – drzwi wejściowe były zepsute i nie dawały się zamknąć. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem był fakt, że obiekt najwyraźniej przechodził remont, ponieważ na naszym balkonie zastaliśmy rozstawione rusztowania i ogólny bałagan. Po naszej interwencji pracownik poinformował nas, że nie dysponują innymi pokojami na zamianę. Zasugerowano nam jedynie zwrot kosztów i konieczność samodzielnego szukania nowego noclegu w dniu przyjazdu. Byliśmy zmuszeni zostać w tym nieakceptowalnym pokoju, ponieważ znalezienie innej opcji na ostatnią chwilę było niemożliwe. Obsługa całkowicie zlekceważyła nasz komfort i bezpieczeństwo. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym miejscu.
Très propre et très grand. Bien placé proche de centre-ville
Matelas et couettes inconfortables sans oublier les rideaux qui ne sont pas occultants donc lampadaire de la route en plein face de la fenêtre (heureusement qu'on a pris les masques de nuit). un peu vieillots et les photos qui ne correspondent pas. Faites attention à bien lire les équipements de cet hôtel ...Ne possède pas de parking gratuit, tout est payant même sur route et aussi le parking de supermarché à côté. Ne possède pas de climatisation seulement le ventilateur premier prix , vu début mois d'août avec la chaleur, impossible de dormir. Bien lire sur cet hôtel malgré le prix imbattable proche du centre ville.

Mooie kamer op eerste verdieping gekregen met terras. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Rustige ligging.
Het was erg warm op de kamer. Wel een ventilator, geen airco. Vind airco geen must in een Duits hotel overigens. Dus het tegenvallen ligt aan het hete weer, niet zozeer aan het hotel.
