Sehr gutes Hotel, aber Vorsicht vor dem "kostenlosen Flughafentransfer"
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit, um in die Stadt oder die wichtigsten Knotenpunkte (Busbahnhof, Flughafen) mit Yandex, Bus oder zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Auf Anfrage hin ist das Zimmer früher gegen Aufpreis nutzbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem "kostenlosen" Flughafentransfer, im Preis der Übernachtung inkludiert. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Taxi 30.000 Tenge kostet. Im Vergleich dazu: das selbst gebuchte Comfort Taxi auf Yandex kostete 4.600 Tenge (früh um 8Uhr).

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut (aber kalt) und auch wenn die Frühstückszeiten bis 10Uhr angegeben sind: ab 9Uhr wird das Essen nicht mehr aufgefüllt bzw. weggeräumt.

Отель соответствует ожиданиям: цена = качество.
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Накануне поездки я сообщила на ресепшене о раннем выезде, нам пообещали дать завтрак с собой. В 05:00 на стойке не было ни сухого пайка, ни персонала.

Pros:

Приятный отель, очень дружелюбные администраторы, большой номер "комфорт", в нашем номере была слышимость от номера под нами, так как у рабочего стола за колонной не заделанная дыра между этажами, мы положили полотенце и стало значительно лучше. Завтраки раз на раз не приходиться один день были хорошие много всего, на следующий день, даже раньше пришли было совсем мало еды. Каша, яичница всё холодное, рядом стоит микроволновая печь надо подогревать. Завтраки на 3+.

موقعه جيد على بعد 3 كيلو من شارع أربات ، وحول الفندق مطاعم قريبه..

Cons:

المكيف كان ضعيف ما يبرد الغرفه ، السرير غير مريح نوعاً ما ومافيه غير مخده وحده ، البوفيه جيد لكن متروس دهن ، ومكينة الكوفي طابور عليها بطيئه جدا ونوع واحد فيها ومكان البوفيه ضيق..
