Comfortable 3.5 days with warm and welcoming staff
Pros:

The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable from the start! Very attentive and helpful. Even before we arrived we received a welcome message with check-in information and a warm farewell message on our last day. Each morning there is a slightly different variety of homemade food for breakfast. Spacious family room. Like most of the city, definitely best to use a taxi to get to the hotel. Once there you can reach various places by foot or public transport. Check out the various side streets. We didn't manage to walk by the waterfront but that's also nearby.

Месторасположение, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности

Cons:

Старый отель требующий ремонта, не чисто, в номере был запах плесени, требуется обслуживание кондиционеров. Персонал старается делать все что от них зависит.

Het was een klein hotel. Maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed ontbijt. En de locatie is perfect je zit overal dichtbij op loopafstand.

Pros:

Останавливались на одну ночь. Хороший и гостеприимный отель. Встретили и заселили без каких либо проблем. Рядом все самые популярные места Стамбула. В общем остались довольны. Спасибо!

Pros:

Location is very close to the tourist attractions. Walking distance however the location is very hilly and steep. Staff were really nice and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is too old fashioned. Nowhere to charge your phone to usb ports. Hotel rooms all had an odour. Mould the air conditioning unit. Bedsheets weren’t clean. Didn’t look they provided any room service at all. Not a place I could see myself getting comfortable or being able to relax.
