**Attorney's Fees Clause:**
In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party.
**Limitation of Damages Clause:**
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to those based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal cause of action.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The front desk staff were very nice and personable. The view from our room was gorgeous. We could walk to Publix to make food in the room and there were restaurants all around as well.
It was a short stay but honestly there was nothing I would change other than staying longer.

Exceptional Location and the valet service is a real advantage. Staff was always smiling and supportive. Easy access to the beach and beautiful pool area. Exceptional for families with kids or couples. Absolutely clean and extremely organized.
You could hear noises coming from the corridor and also, we were unlucky with some noisy neighbors "parting" at 3 AM. Not a big deal. Missed some vending machines but might be really a miss from my end.

Razoável , poderia ter mais utensílios, melhor manutenção dos eletrodomésticos, o alarme de incêndio incomodou bastante disparando, os funcionários do apart hotel não dão a mínima atenção aos hóspedes , portanto considero razoável !
