Everything was perfect, Mr Haitham went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as it can be, he responded quickly to any request with a smile on his face. He really made our stay 1000% better with his care and attention to details.
The staff were all amazing and helpful as well, special shout out to Hany the bartender.
It was also my son’s birthday while we were there, and they took so much care of him, they had some fun towel decorations with balloons in the room, they sent us a birthday cake, and the animation team celebrated him at night during the show, he enjoyed his birthday so much.
The food was delicious with huge variety everyday and very good quality.
The pool and slides were great.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tropitel. Everything was exceptional—from the spacious, clean rooms to the wide variety of delicious food options. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile. Special thanks to Mr. Zaki and Mr. Haitham at the reception for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely return, inshallah!

A special thanks to Mr. Haitham at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful. Both the check-in and check-out were smooth and easy thanks to him.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. The food was also very good with a nice variety.

I’d also like to thank the Room Service team for Room 2014 for their great service during my stay.

Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropitel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my visit.

I would especially like to thank **Ayman** at the reception for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured that my family and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.

I was also pleasantly surprised during checkout when the hotel provided my family with a lunch box for our journey home. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests.

A special thank you also goes to **Karen** from the Guest Relations team for her kindness, attentiveness, and continuous follow-up to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I'd also like to thank **Hussien**, the beach bartender, whose friendly attitude and excellent service made our time by the beach even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire Tropitel team for making our vacation so memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.

**P.S.** If you're a fan of Turkish coffee like I am, don't miss the one prepared by **Madline** at the reception bar. It was honestly the best Turkish coffee I've had at any hotel I've ever visited!
