First and foremost, this is not a 5 stars all-inclusive hotel, you will most likely feel you are on cheap 4 stars full board with bad quality food and drinks. It simply but does not meet the quality, service level or customer experience standards of a 5 stars hotel.
Hotel imposes time schedules everywhere, but they don´t stick to their own defined schedules.
Pool is supposed to close at 18, which is a bit early, however by 17:30 everything is put away. It doesn´t matter if a guest is using an umbrella for shadowing and pool is supposed to close 30mins later, you will get sun in your face no matter what. You really feel unwelcome and pushed to move away from the pool area. Also, you might try to have a drink in the pool bar, which will also close earlier than 18h, where you will be served in cheap paper cups because they don´t really care about quality standards or guest experience. Hotel management will most likely try to convince you that it was one time only, but you will see it repeatedly.
On another occasion, no water bottles were available at the beach bar, but don´t worry you can get another cheap paper cup with some crappy soda while you wait for 1 or 2 hours for a proper bottle of water.
The food buffet is okay, with variety, but not top notch. Also, the buffet beverages area had a continuously rotten smell. If you want to grab a snack during the day, prepare yourself for fries and greasy food.
The lounge bar is open 24/7, but after dinner if you want any beverages, you need to stand up and get them by yourself at the bar counter. Or wait until dawn. Absolutely 5stars level...
We asked for a late checkout, as our flight was late in the evening, the cost was around 100$ to keep our room.
Since we did not accept the charge, hotel was nice to provide another room for a shower. The surprise comes when you get into an unclean room, with previous guest towels on the floor and used toiletries.

I’m sharing this review because I would have appreciated reading these details before booking. In our experience, this did not feel like a true 5-star hotel compared with international brands.

• Service often felt dependent on tips; friendliness and attention noticeably improved afterward.
• Communication was difficult as many staff members had limited English.
• Service quality was inconsistent: drinks varied greatly between bars, beer was sometimes served in paper cups, and cocktails felt very artificial. Fresh-fruit options required extra payment.
• Wi-Fi was almost unusable (around 0.8 Mbps); we had to pay extra for “faster” internet (10mb).
• Pool/beach operating hours were inconsistent, with facilities closing earlier than stated.
• Part of the restaurant was under maintenance without prior notice.
• The hotel schedule felt restrictive, with very limited options available between 18:00–19:00.
• We did not really enjoy the buffet quality and several of us experienced stomach issues during the stay (although I cannot confirm the cause).
• Front-row beach beds cost an additional $20. Staff immediately ask guests to leave if they sit there without paying, while other aspects such as beach cleanliness seemed to receive less attention.

The reefs are beautiful, but if you prefer sandy beaches, Hurghada or Soma Bay may be a better option. Overall, many small details combined made the experience feel below a true 5-star standard, especially regarding service.

Note: We noticed that guests were often encouraged to leave reviews while staff were standing nearby, which may influence ratings.

Minden rendben volt, első nap a medencékre nézett a szobánk, és kora reggeltől már szólt a zene, kértünk szobacserét a csendesebb oldalra, kérésünket azonnal teljesítették, külön köszönet érte!

Unfortunately whilst we were there the smaller buffet restaurant was only open a couple of days (this was always our favourite on previous visits) which made the main buffet restaurant very busy
