There was no breakfast! Towels were a privilege you could not get. You had to beg for towels, washrags, sheets. They did not clean my room the whole time I was there> 3 plus weeks. They told me they would get me a mop & broom if I wanted to clean. I did not stay there as an extended stay. I paid full price & couldn't get one person to help.I couldn't wait to get out of there. There were roaches & other bugs. The whole place was filthy. I had to get my own trash out. I begged several days to get my room cleaned. Then my dog got his diaper off & they charged me $50 more to clean the room. The people there were disgusting & so many dogs pissing up & down the hallway it smells like a nasty piss palace for dogs.I was supposed to get money back but I did not. Didn t expect to get a refund. The place should have to give my money back for all that I put up with. It's a disgusting room & nasty place to stay. Never again. I couldn't believe the horrific things that was done there & said. I'm not used to people making nasty remarks. Kids in the parking area daring you to hit them. The manager was always smiling at me like he was undressing me. I am so disgusted by the whole stay I can't really put it into words. I will be giving this property a terrible rating out there on the Internet. You need to fire them all & remodel the whole thing. Nobody but the desperate or trashy people will stay there. He charges. $600/week. No way to fix food there & people use hot plates etc. I think he pockets some of the money. I booked there thru booking to avoid that situation. How does the franchise know if he is pocketing the money. Those trashy people give him cash. I bet they don't even know he's renting to people like that. His relatives & wife cleans only the rooms where people move out it stay one or two nights. I couldn't get in anywhere else. The hotels were full.
I did not like anything. People were vaping in every room around me. He put me in the worse hallway with the that people. the ones with pissing dogs. I bet they did not pay a clean up fee. No one did anything to stop the barking. Shower ran cold before I got done. No not water in the sink. Things were filthy. Bugs running around. carpet was filthy. Slept in the same sheets until the last 2 days where I changed them. I moved to a better hotel as soon as I could. The whole place only has 2 tiny trash cans that filled up constantly and I had to empty. I don't like begging for the housekeeper to clean. If you ask them they got really pissed off. One stick her fist in my face and screamed at me. "you not on my schedule. I don't clean unless you are." i asked to be on the

Clean and comfortable for a good price.
Only thing we liked was the kids had fun in the pool but we didn't swim cause it was so cold

The whole property smelt like dog piss. Ac didn’t work in first room and second room it kinda worked.
The swimming pool was okay and the staff were friendly
The motel seemed to be run down there was writing on our walls that was messily covered up there was stains on the bed spread, the motel had alot of inappropriate activity in the parking lot.
