Pros:

La posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 2 minuti a piedi dal lungolago. Parcheggio incluso nel costo del pernottamento, stanza ampia e pulita, colazione in linea con la categoria dell'hotel, comunque varia e abbondante. La receptionist disponibile e davvero amabile!

Cons:

L'unica cosa da segnalare: assicuratevi che ricevano la targa dell'auto per poter entrare ed uscire dalla zona a traffico limitato senza problemi e che il parcheggio non vi venga fatto pagare. Booking non é particolarmente chiaro se il parcheggio sia o no compreso nel prezzo. Ho dovuto chiamare piú volte perché il messaggio e l'email che avevo inviato non hanno ricevuto risposta..

Pros:

Die Lage nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt, der Standpromenade und dem Lido ist sehr gut. Man kann direkt an der Unterkunft parken das ist in Bardolino auch sehr angenehm in so einer zentralen Lage. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sympathisch.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war außer Betrieb, nicht nur in unserem Zimmer sondern überall, das haben uns auch andere Gäste berichtet. Da effektiv über 35 Grad im Zimmer waren, kühlte es auch in der Nacht nicht ab. Im Zimmer stand ein Ventilator der die Klima ersetzen sollte, was bei der Hitze nur bedingt hilft. Der Chef schaute es sich zwar netterweise an, hatte aber leider keine Lösung. Frühstück war okay, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist - allerdings auch das unter dem Durchschnitt der Hotels in der Umgebung.

Beliggenheden. Der var aircondition på værelset

Cons:

Værten var en "Carl Smart" type. Han havde en stor hund gående, der skulle snuse til alle med sin våde snude der kom ind.
Værten gjorde ikke meget for at kald hunden til sig, og den lystrede ikke altid.
Fra værelset var der ingen udsigt

Pros:

Posizione ottimale, a piedi si può raggiungere il centro in 2 minuti e altrettanto il lago. Vicino si possono noleggiare le bici con le quali si può fare il giro dei paesi/spiagge vicini.
Camere silenziose e ben attrezzate..la doccia è in mezzo al bagno ma comunque adeguata. Pulizia abbastanza bene ma non ottima. Comode le persiane da non far entrare la luce la mattina.

Cons:

Signora alla reception molto scortese e scorbutica. Colazione tutti i giorni uguale..ci vorrebbe almeno qualche piccola variazione e soprattutto estendere l'orario(la colazione va fatta entro le 9.30)

Wer nicht viel Wert auf schnick Schnack legt ist hier richtig. Ein sauberes Hotel, in einer tollen Lage & mit netten

Sehr gute Lage. Man fällt gefühlt schon in die Stadt. Zimmer waren Sauber, aber sehr veraltet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr dürftig und zum Teil nicht genießbar.
