- Garagem externa longe da recepção
- As duas recepcionistas completamente sem empatia e profissionalismo
- Falta de maleabilidade pois impediram o chekin antecipado
- Como meu voo era mto cedo, nao nos ofereceram nenhuma possibilidade de antecipação do café da manha
